CRAZY HIGH PROLACTIN - Please help !!

So basically, I’ve always had an issue with prolactin. When I went through puberty I could squeeze my nips and a tiny see-through droplet would appear. This came and went as I got older.
My last cycle was a Ostarine combined with my TRT (Dosage 125mg/week) - this was in January.
Since then I experienced a gyno flair up which I took care of with Letro, followed by Nolvadex.
This is when the real kak started...
The gyno has seemed to calm down, but my prolactin is through the roof.
Not sure what to do at this point, my nips are leaking and my sexdrive is almost nonexistent.
Need some help gents. (Please no negative comments, I know and accept the risks when taking gear.).

Have you tried cabergoline?
I'd see a doctor and get a full blood test.
Galactorrhea is quite common in those with hypothyroidism.
It could be related to medication you are on (anti-psychotics and anti-histamines are big ones).
The fact that you have these issues whilst not on cycle and having had it previously make me think there is an underlying issue. It is well reported in the literature that steroids can exacerbate underlying thyroid issues.
But you definitely need a blood test of your hormones.

Then caber.
Alternatively or if caber not obtainable, then high dose vitamin B6 is known to stop lactation and reduce prolactin. Get the 50mg pills (dischem), take 6 pills a day (300mg total a day) split with meals. Use for 2 weeks max, and reduce dose to 50mg a day once symptoms abate for a couple months and then retest.

pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1490755/
Also 300mg a day.
SAM-e also works nicely...
pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3298421/
So
1. P5P 50mg a day / B6 300mg a day.
2. Vitamin E 300mg a day.
3. SAM-e 400mg a day im guessing.
I use B6 at high dosages daily. First sides i got was tingling fingers and a bit of an upset stomach but thats about it...
Hope this helps.

I would only consider B6 as the absolute last resort when Cabergoline is not obtainable, B6 is not a practical alternative at all. I'll even consider Bromocriptine before B6, even though that's one nasty drug if your body doesn't like it.

www.cambridge.org/core/services/aop-camb...es_of_vitamin_b6.pdf - this is a study this is just a literature review which is quite old. However it states that you’d have to be taking 200mg/kg/day to experience toxic effects.
B6 would most likely be first line. Doctors prefer to give the least toxic medication first to gage a response and then move up on to more effective drugs if the previous trial fails.

Admin could you maybe explain to me why B6 isn't a practical solution ?

Cabergoline is very effective, starts working immediately with no adverse side-effects from my own data, which came from a sample size much larger than the studies listed above. 1000+
Cabergoline is very well tolerated and it does the job exceptionally well with no long lasting side-effects in men.
I tried B6 for prolactin many years ago myself, but at 50mg only. Back then I simply couldn't get high dosage tablets of B6 and had to drive 130km before finding a pharmacy with a bunch of 5mg tabs... did nothing... but clearly the dosage was too low. I'll put the 300mg B6 to test when I get a willing guinea pig, but usually when guys suffer from high Prolactin they want it fixed yesterday already and not willing to wait around with experimentation.
Bromocriptine is a nasty drug though and perhaps I'll reconsider and give B6 a go before using Parlodel again.
