BLOODWORK CAME BACK was created by prohunt
Hey guys

My bloodwork came back. Can you guys who helped me before take a look and let me know what you see. I can see my liver is elevated and my ferretin is very low. Will be getting an iron supplement today.

Doc says my testosterone levels are way too high and I need to stop pinning for a month? If I’m on a cruise (TRT type) what do you think I should do?

I’m hoping to learn a lot about this stuff through you guys so thank you all for your help and input.

What dosing is your current TRT?
Yes iron is low, but your test dosing is to high looking at your RBC etc.

Take 6 weeks off, and donate some blood to bring that down, and then look at your total dosing of testosterone down.

Also what was your last cycle and how long ago was it? You say you are on a cruise currently, so just checking what was done before hand

Thanks for the reply. To give some stats:

I am 39 years old
112kg
189cm

I am taking PGW Cyp at 50mg EOD currently.
My last cycle was mid last year, test and dbol. Started cruise / TRT now as gyms not open yet and when they do I could blast. Working out at home.

Empire is right, it's way to high, and take his advise and go bleed yourself. You are going to need a letter from your Dr to take with as they won't let you donate with those levels.

Are you suffering with an infection or some have inflammatory condition? Looks like your immune system is working with that lymphocytes marker. Anemia popped in my head due to those markers and possible inflammation which can prevent stored iron from making healthy blood cells but that is ruled out due to your hemoglobin being elevated.

What iron supplement has your Dr provided? Remember you already low and donating with bring that down even more. You might need to donate and then follow that up with an iron infusion to immediately bring those levels up. You need to ask yourself why is it low? You not a woman who has a period monthly and lose iron there, I'm guessing you eating lots of food with is rich in iron, so then its very possible iron supplementation won't be effective. You might need an infusion and then continue with a supplement like ferimed and then check your iron again in 2 months. Run that all by your Dr.

Thanks 00pump

I will go donate next week first thing. I don’t have any infection or inflammation at all.

Doc told me to go to dischem and get the gold brand Iron Plus High Strengrh, will that work?

And regarding my dose on pinning should I stop for 6 weeks as Empire suggests or should I possibly half my dose now and aim at around 100mg a week?

I wish I could read this bloodwork like you guys, I really appreciate the help here guys. Just want to stay healthy and feel good at the same time

I agree with everything said above. In terms of iron supplements you want to make sure the iron supplement contains Ferrous Sulphate because that doesn't require reduction by stomach acid to be absorbed.
Buy 'Vital' Iron Complex (it's fairly inexpensive), take two a day for 6 weeks then drop it to once a day.

I think you should stop injecting for 6 weeks in order for your test levels to normalize and then inject 100mg a week (split 50mg every 3.5 days), you seem to be very responsive to gear so it's more than enough to maintain your mass.

GFR is a problem, check your BP and keep it below at least 120/80 (try get lower if possible).

You're lucky and have pretty amazing lipids, I have to eat super clean to achieve that. Try keep your lipids like that.

MCV is low which suggests you are Iron deficient, HB has to be falsely elevated because MCH is also low which means that your Haematocrit must be high (thus donating is NB!!!). Your case is different because your RBC is high yet you are showing typical iron deficiency blood results. So, supplement with iron and donate blood.

Thanks a bunch, got those iron supps now from Dischem, locked my gear in the safe as well so no temptation, hahahah

I think my BP monitor is buggered, last night I measured it at 138 over 95 and 20min later it was 128 over 70. When I went to my GP he measured it at 135 over 85 and he said for me that is fine which I would think would be too high. How do I get my BP down?

I can imagine how difficult that must be, lol.

The BP cuff could be correct because because of regular variations. The best thing to do is lie down for 5 mins and then measure it with your arm at the level of your heart. But it might be an issue with the machine.

Your Blood pressure is pre-hypertensive and although most health care professionals wouldn’t mind that, lots of new data suggest that longevity is related to your blood pressure and the sweet spot is actually more 110/70. So maybe as 00pump says, take a low dose of an anti-hypertensive

Yup, but also after donating and that red blood cells come down you might have a very different reading. Start with a donation and then look at a low dose anti hypertensive.

The problem with underground gear is consistency and my endo couldn't care for my abusive steroid past but said UG steroids should not be used for TRT.. With pharma it will always be exactly 100mg per ml or 200mg per ml..

Your gear working well could maybe mean its slightly overdosed (can't bealive how elevated your levels are for that dose) and next batch could be just under (I have experienced this and it cost me more money than rather buying pharma due to consultations and bloods, you looking at around R400 to R500 for just a testosterone and e2 profile), so managing blood levels becomes difficult. When on cycle and you taking 400mg and it comes out at 450mg you don't really care, but it's very difficult to dose for TRT in my opinion.

I do have a bottle of Pfizer Cyp as well as the PGW Cyp. Should I rather TRT the Pfizer and later on blast the PGW?

If you run the Pfizer for a good 2 months consistently and do bloods it will give you a perfect indication of what dose you require of testosterone for your body. It took me 6 months, 3 bloods tests to get my e2 and testosterone levels balanced.

Out of curiosity what should/would my test levels look like on cycle? I have never done bloodwork before for gear so wondering is my levels now what they should look like on cycle or would it be more elevated than that?

On a cycle, the more test you take the higher the level, so taking 600mg might give you a reading that is massive, so on a cycle that isn't really something that should be or would be measurable essentially.

With trt you want your test levels to be in the upper 1/4 of the range. So right now your 150mg of testosterone has pushed you over the range drastically, so you would want to drop it by 30% and then retest after coming off for a couple of weeks as suggested.

This is the biggest issue when it comes to TRT, is guys using too much test to get to real trt numbers. Bodybuilders TRT is 250mg to 300mg of test a week, which is a small cycle. true trt is more around 70-150mg test a week. I have come down to 120mg a week and probably am going to come down to 100mg a week soon, after getting blood work done. If you are shooting your testosterone SubQ you will also have more bioavailable testosterone too. it has been said that I think 70mg test SubQ is the equivalent to 90 to 100mg IM. i must just double-check those figures from DR Chrisler on one of his Youtube Vids.

sometimes, Less is more when it comes to long term longevity and health.

This is the approach I am going to take when back on TRT. All the years of pinning the scar tissue I have is insane, even being off TRT for 4 months I still have a massive ball on either side.

I also know what my TRT levels reference on paper so will test this. Need to just workout the sum of e5d to e3d. How much is the most you doing in one shot? I'm unsure how much more my stomach can take due to every GH shots and every other day ovitrelle.

Pump it is easy, so if you hitting 100mg every 5 days, in a 15 day period you would have injected 300mg (300/15 = 20mg daily). So you would be doing 140mg ever 7 days. so 70mg e3.5 days will be your dosing.
