Hey guys

I am thinking of putting a full list of essential supplements gear users should take for all round health and safety. I’m not clued you about a lot of supplements and ingredients names.

So was hoping the pro’s here could add to this thread with their own essential lists of items you use and would recommend. This will be a quite broad spectrum of supps and vitamins I know but just want to get a list of as much as I can together to see what’s what and what all myself and others can put together to help.

So far this is what I take:
Multi vitamin
NPL organ support
Legalon 70 for liver
Disparin for blood
Iron supps as I need more iron
Magnesium
Vitamin C

And that’s about it. I need something for kidneys but no idea what. I know the guys here will take many more products during a heavy blast than off cycle or cruise. So please do share the do and donts and what each of you recommend we should take.

Pretty keen to see what a “full” checklist will look like.

Thanks again and hope some of you with more knowledge than little old me can contribute to this topic.

be very careful taking asprin for long periods of time especially if you are taking it on an empty stomach, can cause stomach bleeding and it still has some effect on the kidneys, i would probably say that using it in the last 4 weeks of a cycle would be necessary as by week 6 your redblood cell count should have risen, before that i personally may not see the benefit.

you can use Niagrin(grapefruit extract) for blood thinning purposes, i think it is either 500mg to 1000mg daily for a good effect and that is not going to be harsh on the kidneys.

Vitamin D is a good one at 1000iu daily.

Zinc at 20mg daily too

Boron at 10mg daily for lower SHBG.

Seemingly you spoke about grapefruit extract. I found an article referencing a study about bioavailability and anabolics.

As far as I understand grapefruit juice inhibits one of the Cytochrome P450 isozymes (CYP3A4), where the result of this inhibition is increased exposure and increased risk for adverse events from any drug normally catabolized by CYP3A4.

CYP3A4 is a metabolizing enzyme for almost 50% of drugs, and is found in the liver and small intestinal epithelial cells. The effect of the enzyme is to oxidize the compound involved.

Dianabol is absorbed in the small intestine and then metabolized in the liver by a number of processes including 6β-hydroxylation, 3α- and 3β-oxidation, 5β-reduction, 17-epimerization, and conjugation.

The CYP3A4 enzyme mediates the hydroxylation and oxidation reactions and influences both rate of absorption through the small intestine and conversion in the liver to active and inactive metabolites.

The same process also enhances the effectiveness of Turinabol and Halotestin. 6-beta-hydroxylation is negligible in boldenone, testosterone and methyltestosterone, but important for the breakdown of turinabol, methandienone and halotestin. Between 17–46% of these hormones leave the body in the 6-beta-hydroxylated form.

I haven't tried this myself. Will try oneday and let you guys know. If the study is right then it may increase dbol's preworkout effects.
