Ubiquinol (CoQ10) was created by LesDoctor
This appears not to be mentioned often in forums, however, I was wondering whether anyone has used this OTC Supplement and if they experienced any noticeable results.

Studies seem to suggest that is improves peak performance (Used at 300mg a day jissn.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1550-2783-10-24 ).

In addition, although evidence is lacking, there seems to be a beneficial effect to remodeling of the heart and hypertension. ( pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/7752851/ )

It was one of the supplements I used during my kidney and heart recovery, that, hawthorn and a few others. It is a miracle product in my opinion.

It even lowers creatinine levels and cholesterol and much much more.

It seems to be selling for minimum 300 rand online for 30 capsules of 100mg... sounds like quite an expensive drug to use for gains at 600mg for just a 2.5% increase in LBM.

Stuff is very expensive. But if you're able to afford it, could be a good supplement to take especially on cycle due to cardiovascular risks, etc. I've seen individuals use it instead of caffeine pre-workout so also might be decent for those weaning off of caffeine.

Sounds like it has synergistic effects with creatine. So high dose coq10 and creatine could help a lot.

If this helps with LVH -im guessing it does- then every lifter kind off needs this to mitigate cardiovascular side effects of lifting.

Did some reading. seems like it is in most organ support supplements, ie ciccone.
but in lower dosages. between 80-100mg a pill.
