Bloodwork/E2 was created by DR.DEATH
Hi All,

I'm 4 weeks into a 450mg per week test e (PGW) cycle. I had bloodwork done as I've been feeling bloated, hot and my face has gone red and puffy eventhough my blood pressure is spot on.

1) Do my test levels look adequate for a 450mg a week test cycle?

2) Are there any benefits to lowering my e2?

I was thinking of 5mg LP aromasin daily.

S-17b-OESTRADIOL (E2) - 195 pmol/l (<192 pmol/l)

TESTOSTERONE - 54.5 nmol/l (8.0 - 30.0 nmol/l)

FREE TESTOSTERONE - 1975 nmol/l (180 -739 nmol/l)

SHBG - 12.6 nmol/l (18.3 - 54.1 nmol/l)

Thank you

Test and E ratio needs to be balanced so I'd suggest you lower the test dosage to 350mg per week.

Thanks for the feedback Mr.Z. To be honest, lowering my dose will probably be my last resort.

Based on my very limited experience, I'd like to keep estrogen on the higher end as I feel pretty good with higher estrogen, but again, I might feel much better with lower e2, lack of experience/cycles from my side. Just these damn hotflashes, slight nipple sensitivity also joined the party.

I guess what I'm asking is, is there a general recommendation for e2 levels whilst on cycle, were sense of well being, joint health etc is maintained, gyno is kept in check and muscle building is optimized?

I know this will be highly individual, but looking for data and personal experiences to assess and determine my starting point.

People give AI's a bad name, they not, the harm is not the AI, the cholesterol is a direct result of to low estrogen <48 pmol/L. When you look at what specialists talk about when people are on TRT is the surrogate marker (estradiol) at around 50 to to 73 pmol/L, I am normally in the mid 80s during a steroid cycle.

Thanks Pump

I've decided that if the only thing I get from this cycle is just sussing out how I respond to aromasin and how much AI affects my e2, I'm fine with that.

Do you think 10mg Aromasin EOD is a good starting point? Was thinking of running the aforementioned for a couple of weeks, getting bloods and adjusting as needed followed by more bloodwork.

There is no real right or wrong AI or dose. But going forward make sure you stick with aromasin then as that is where you getting your data from. 10mg EOD might be the sweet spot, 3 weeks bloods will tell for sure. Just know that if for example 10mg EOD drops that reading in half it does not mean than 20mg EOD will drop it by half again, you may need 20mg ED for example. Start somewhere and see what works for you. Very good to getting this data as early as you can.

Thanks again and well noted. Will monitor closely and adjust based on bloodwork.
