Beginner Cycle Feedback (My first Cycle)

Definitely helps to keep one motivated.
I'm super confused hey. I checked now and the cankels are going away. So I don't know if it was because of all the standing this weekend. Was in Zimbabwe trying to get a CNC running and spent like 10 hours on my feet, both Saturday and Sunday. It's actually sore to the touch. Anyway, I still can't argue the fact that I'm carrying water. Like Pump said, 6.8kg in 20 days is definitely a red flag so I've dropped my cals way down to 2400 (400 below maintenance).
Let's see how this goes.
I purchased Tbol for my bridge, I guess that will also be a No No for this cycle?
Anyway, gents thank you for all your advice and guidance.

Use the Tbol for another cycle. Rather lower your dose like I said previously, you will be better served adding MHR to your cycle. You need to lose bf first. You will look and feel so much better. 250mg Test Cyp is more than enough with MHR. It's a process remember most gymrats are not lean. You need to get lean first. Good luck and enjoy the process.

I remember when growing up we used to depotron AMPS, and each amp was 200mg of test, and 1 of those a week, it was like putting compost in your shoes and growing like a beast. now days people dont use anything less than that which is crazy.

Like I said, I dropped cals to 2400 and I am now busy with the MHR purchase. Do you think I should get MHR as well as something like Yohimbine 10 or would MHR suffice?

MHR is on it's way. I've done a pin last night at the dosage that you suggested.
Let's get ripped AF as you say

Maybe I'm just a lightweight but damn, that stuff reminds me of 18 years ago when I was still clubbing LOL!!!
But yeah 10mins into cardio and I'm sweating like a pig bud!
Will do a BF measurement in say 2-3 weeks from now and report back.
I do feel a bit naar after workout but it was leg day so who knows.

I might have to take MHR a couple of hours before workout instead of one hour before because I couldn't sleep last night. Only fell asleep after 12am, after taking double the usual dosage of sleeping tabs.
The nausea continued till about 9'ish. Will sus it out today and see if the nausea comes back during / post workout.

how old are you btw?
I think the biggest thing these days is people don't get enough sleep hence why they have problems with carbs and insulin sensitivity, but also I have found that over the years those pharma sleeping meds do not give me a deep sleep as other natural products do.
Maybe LesDoctor can chime in on the above.

I'm 33 years old now.
My bed time is between 20h00 to latest 21h00. My phone is set to go to Silent Mode at 20h00, this is something that I did in the past to see if that'll help, before I got Dopaquel.
I'm not a huge fan of coffe ect. so I drink one cup in the morning and that is it. No tea or softdrinks either.
TV time is minimal because I get home at around 19h00 from gym, I pack my meals for the next day, pack my gym bag, have a quick shower then watch TV for about 30 - 45 mins, while I wait for the tabs to kick in.
Sleep for me is a big thing, I can't go to bed late because I hate that tired, scratchy eye feeling the next day so I always plan my things around my sleep time

as stupid as this sounds, I would have your phone in another room, use an alarm clock.
I used to wake it in the middle of the night and just check the time, and it was a mess, when I put the phone in the other room it made a big difference.

I feel pretty hungover the next day if I don't get enough sleep, that's actually quite funny that you should ask and I don't tolerate it very good either.
@Empire, I've tried a good 'ol joint as well to see if that'll help but that doesn't, but my guess is that you are referring to the oils lol.

Try the CBD but it might take a few nights to get used to the sleep adjustment, you don't necessarily get quality sleep on dopaquel as it suppresses REM sleep. There are other antipsychotics that have a positive effect like zyprexa, but still it isn't the solution for long term. Try the CBD and melatonin, if you still struggle then you need to add GABA. I find that doing mindful meditation has not only improved my ability to fall asleep but to stay asleep/ go back to sleep as you learn to stay in the present and take control of your busy mind. I currently use the calm app and find it's fantastic.

Are you taking any shakes immediately before bed?
GABA should "help" pretty quickly but I would recommend trying 5-HTP.
Keep in mind this could throw you in the wrong direction , so-to-speak, but it would clearly indicate where your issues lie.
Throwing in quality multivitamin/mineral seems like a good start.
