Stimulant Pre Work Out

So here's the deal. I get prescribed ritalin as my career demands peak mental performance and often working late hours. Any way, I decided to try taking a quarter piece right before I train and the result was quite intense. I was able to focus a lot more on lifting, less looking around the gym, looking at my phone etc. Also found that I had the ability to train atleast half an hour more. Only downside is the elevated heart rate which can take some to level out after a big lift and you sweat like crazy as well. I'd like to think it'd be great for cutting.
I've recently added testoviron depot 250 in the mix (1st cycle) and after feeling the explosive power and endurance test provides I'm thinking of dropping the ritalin so as to not over exert.
What do you guys think? Cheers.

You have answered your own question. Stimulants are downright dangerous, I use them but only for what its prescribed for. I do regular checks at the cardiologist to measure my QT intervals. As you have pointed out you feel added drive to your training with the testosterone then rather don't take the ritalin.

I was prescribed ritalin quite a while ago and of course it feels great. The heart rate thing is a massive downside with all stimulants for me. Yes it makes it easier to train and I might 'feel like' I got a more intense workout and feel like I killed it, but it's deceiving and ultimately less beneficial for muscle hypertrophy. It's becomes more of an extra cardiovascular system workout with a sky high heart rate, than benefitting the actual muscles I am trying to grow and get stronger. A longer workout does not mean a better or more productive workout.
Recreational use of ritalin can be very dangerous for guys who are lifting heavy ass weights. Your heart is under much more stress and your blood pressure can shoot way up then drop really low after proper heavy compound sets. What scared me most about ritalin is that it increases you risk of vascular disease where you blood vessels narrow and can become blocked.
With heavy compound lifts anything stronger than a mild dose of caffeine is detrimental to my gains, and I can not lift the same weight for the same volume without feeling like I'm going to faint.
