I was expecting way worse. Last time I came off completely was so much worse compared to this. Strength is good, like really good. I was benching 155x4 now I'm benching 145x4. And I was running test/deca/eq (albeit at low moderate levels) but even so, I thought I'd lose a lot more.
Size is good too, I'm big, I get good pumps. Nothing crazy vascular like on some cycles.
I suppose it's easier to maintain on a lower dose than to build a crazy physique/power on a TRT dose, or maybe not, who knows?
I'm now part of the blasting/cruising club I guess. But for now, I'm just really happy to not have withered away completely. I think once you've been doing AAS on and off for many years, taking different 19-noirs etc. Coming off can actually be a very painful experience. I do recommend cruising on test between cycles if you have made the decision to be in this game for the long run.
My next step is to try and cut down and be a bit more aesthetic, I been powerlifting for close to 6 years now. Wanna see if I can get somewhat ripped, for fun. Down to 10% (currently at around 16%). I think for my next blast I would up the test and throw in some anavar. But I feel like for now at least, my days of heavy compound stacking is behind me.

I gave up the big doses a while ago now, and I am happy to grow on low levels to be honest. 600mg a week is a good sweet spot for me personally.

That said I don't expect to build much new muscle at low doses beyond what I have in 'muscle memory' from years of training, and I'm only really only doing low doses because I'm concerned about long term affects on my heart from BP issues and bad lipids.

600 a week is the highest I have gone
Is that really still considered a "low level" cycle dose?
I get pretty much what I need from it when I go there and although the allure of going higher or adding Tren etc sometimes happens, I get by with almost no side effects when I keep the cycle at this dosage.
Happy to hear others are sitting around these dosages as well

that is correct.
most guys on this forum will push 600mg equi and 600mg test a week as a first cycle. too much gear.

Fat burners are not the answer for a maintainable physique in my opinion. There is always a rebound when you come off where you gain fat easily again and you can not maintain the same physique when you drop the clen/eca/t3 etc. Don't like them. For contest prep that's a different story because you have a target bf% set for a certain date and after that doesn't matter.

Ahh, that is very good to know. I had never thought about that. Yeah no point if I'm just gonna rebound afterwards.
Thanks!

I added in 30mg of Var 7 days ago and have been really surprised by the impact it made. I suppose going from a TRT dose to adding anything additional to that will have a noticeable impact. First thing I noticed at around day 3 was increased sex drive. I'm also up 2kg's (89kg I mentioned earlier) but looking the same. It's obviously some sort of intracellular-glycogen-water-whatever retention going on but even though im up in weight I am leaner so yeah. Pumps/vascularity are really good, I immediately noticed it today. Was like 'fuuuuk I look enhanced'
So yeah that's my mini update. So yeah, def's I was overdoing it in the past. It's all about doing what I love now, as healthy as possible while still feeling good about my self image and not losing who I am as a person.

I think 500mg test and an oral is even too much for a first cycle.

Been cruising on TRT and 'blasting' on 400 test with mk677 only. Try to keep things on the lower side.
I've been getting stronger and stronger slowly but surely. I can actually bench press almost as much as I did on Test/Deca/Tren cycle which I logged here more than a year ago now.
I am not as vascular and as 'puffed up' as I was on that cycle. But I'm slowly making gains back to where I was on much harsher compounds.
I believe most likely duration is more important than dose, to an extent. Longer healthier cycles/blasts likely wielding superior results to short harsh bursts.
Just a theory. Currently at 91kg at 5'6" and feeling good.
Oh just to add to my prior post. I did actually lean out a lot to try and be healthier/look better. But once I reached my goal weight I wanted to bulk again. I did enjoy it, but it's not something I would say im really passionate about. Im passionate about training in general, but moving heavy weight is what really gets me going. I just really like the way it makes me feel. So I naturally ended up moving back towards that style of training once I reached my weight loss goal. That being said, I do still do a lot of bodybuilding style training now. For eg. I'll start off with a heavy compound like Squats, do 5 sets of reps. Feel super burnt out from the heavy ass weight then start doing volume work. If I feel the compound exercise wasn't enough I'll ad a second after. Like heavy flat bench and then after heavy incline DB bench etc.
That kind of thing followed by volume work. 12 reps, 3 sets kind of thing.
Anyways that turned into a wall of text.
Thanks all

How much water weight do you gain from the MK677. I've been back on it 1 week and have gained just over 2kg.

I'm not 100% sure to be honest. It does make sense though, I do always pick up weight immediately after starting it. Always just assumed it was the enhanced appetite in conjunction with upping the dose from cruise amount. But yeah it's probably water weight as well.
