GYNO PROHIBITING ME FROM GOING BIG

When I dose anything that aromatases to E at a mild dosage, I get itchy nipples like crazy. I then have to run Nolva at high dose to get rid of it. Luckily no visible gyno yet.
Obviously I don't want to use SERMS all the time, as it has it's own health implications. So all my cycles have been low to mild doses.
I was thinking of running HGH as a way around not being able to cycle proper doses of AAS.
But apparently HGH can also cause gyno. So the gyno is blocking me in terms of my enhancement options.
Any suggestions?

Why not use an aromatase inhibitor? Anastrozole?

Will definitely try the Aromasin and give feedback on this thread. Hoping it will work better than anastrozole.

No anastrozole is alright.
As long as you are not crashing E2, it is not a hazard to your health.
How much did you need? 0.5mg EOD is not unheard of in certain medical settings.
Nolva is almost pointless as a prophylactic agent, you are not preventing E2 conversion at all.

TheTrain wrote: @MPhilosopher, I was using 0.5mg per day and still struggling. The Nolva helps with the itching but obviously only treats the symptom and not the cause. I know anastrozole can have a detrimental effect on cholesterol. Given all the other direct and indirect effects AAS has on the heart, I don't want to add to the problem with spiking cholesterol.
If you were using pharmaceutical anastrozole, then you could consider adding or switching to exemestane.
If it was UGL, try liquid-pharma or pharmaceutical grade.

I'm quite sensitive to test, anything over 180mg a week and estrogen sides kick in with a vengeance, especially gyno, even at 10ish % bodyfat.
To give you an idea, on 450mg test e/week, I need 20mg aromasin a day and the occasional 10mg on top of that from time to time. Even at 20-30mg/day e2 is at the top of the range based on bloodwork. Highly individual though.
I'm experimenting with starting with a lower dosage and increasing over a few weeks to get to the desired mg/week. It seems that my body responds much better to the gradual increase vs just going full blast from the start. I'm also doing daily, lower volume SQ injections. So far so good.

For my test cycles I pin much more frequently at lower dosages in the hopes that I dont get spikes and therefore less chance of aromatization.
Running around 550 test a week, no AI

I also think I had some gout related to the HGH.
Never had before, never had after i stopped.
I got a hard lump pretty quickly, stopped the HGH, continued my Test and used Nolva for a few weeks.
Lump gone. Im pretty disappointed as I still have quite alot left and it was not cheap.
I was taking low dosages as well, between 3 and 4 iu

I got the gout first time I used it. Stopped for about 2 weeks, thought it is coincidental and jumped on again, gout came back quickly and then i got the gyno.
I might use a mild AI and give it a bash next cycle, but reckon I am going to play this one without it. Really weird though

Just some feedback. I dropped the Test to 250 per week and dropped another 3kg in fat and water. I added in Arimidex as well.
Estrogen problems have subsided. Sitting just above 100kg and getting really vascular. Glad there are no obvious lumps at the lower bf%. Hopefully it stays this way once I go below 10%. Getting a personal trainer to do some measurements in Feb. Thanks for the feedback gentlemen!
