Hi gents.
Not gonna have access to a gym or weight for about 2 months.
I know there are alot of bodyweight programs on the web, bur there any that one of the members with experience can recommend.
Not on any cycle. Basically looking to keep my strength over this period

One idea would be to try limit volume.
Essentially find exercises that you cannot do 100 reps in one shot.

- Pull-ups (weighted if you are hitting 20 reps in one set).
- Dips (can target chest or tris) (weighted again is not impossible)
- I benched my couch for a while in lockdown, floor press.
- Throw in some push-ups and chest flys.

I think you can really get creative just try limit having to do tons of volume to hit a muscle and you can definitely maintain your size.

Bands can be useful, I would probably even try a X3 bar to mimic deadlifts if that is available.

Try adapt your training as much as possible, I didn't really like any bodyweight regiments I found online.

Legs I really could not figure that one out, sorry.

Edit: Be prepared to lose SOME strength, does not mean you won't benefit from the different style bodyweight training. Also, if you don't, try walking as much as possible.
