Use testosterone only for your first cycle. 12 weeks and check in here. Your dosage will be depandant on your stats.

Have you done blood work - specifically sex hormones?
At 50, how well do you expect to recover as you will shut down your HPG axis by blasting testosterone.

Havent done bloodwork but know my T is low i have all the symptoms.my objective is too feel better and let the low dose of T give me some results for hard work in the gym. do you think i am on the right path?
Low dose between your planned 125mg and 160mg per week would be a good start. Just T. Different guys react to and metabolise testosterone differently. For some 125mg would put them in a great T range of someone in their early 20's and for some it might not be enough.
Around 200mg long term and mpst men will have high red blood cell count which can cause some issues. The only way to know for sure is by doing bloodwork. If you don't plan to stay on testosterone then definitely get your levels checked so you have a baseline number to work with for recovery later on.

Yep.
Lancet, Pathcare, Ampath can test privately.

Yes and no.
If the bloodwork confirms low T, I don't think a cycle is wise.
You need to either correct the low T (pituitary adenoma or whatever else could be causing it), or otherwise you start a TRT protocol to keep your levels in the upper-normal range of a healthy man.
Probably best you send your bloods here before cycling and see if you need therapeutic intervention.

This confirms low T.
PSA looks good.
Are you planning on going to an endocrinologist/urologist for TRT?
I would assume a good protocol to start off would be 80-100mg test cyp a week.
Instead of doing a cycle, even taking 200mg a week should yield decent results.
It *should* put you above normal physiological levels.
I am assuming there is no other issue, LH and FSH could be more indicative of primary hypogonadism but I don't see those results.
Another edit: Seems like you are coming off Rad140 which is suppressive. So that is also another aspect to explore

It costs like R300.00 per injection if I am correct.
Never seen a good justification for sustanon for TRT.
I think cypionate is the better option (Also it will cost a lot less...)
You should be injecting at home.

dennis1970 wrote: yes agree i am going to inject at home as you prescribed 100mg per week in 2 x injections with cyp, for 6 weeks and then do bloodwork agasin- does that sound right
Since your doc gave you go-ahead for TRT, that sounds very reasonable.

Very old-school approach on your protocol.
