So I want to lower my Test E dosage to 150mg. I use a 5ml syringe and my Test E is dosed at 250mg. How do I determine to where I pull the syringe to reach a 150mg dosage?

(150mg)/(250mg/ml) = 0.6ml


So 0.6ml is what you want to shoot.
