Another cycle?

Hi guys just wanted some advice wether to do a beginner cycle again or move to an intermediate cycle, I have done two cycles prior but haven’t done another cycle for about 6 years. I’m 38 have been working out continuously just takes me longer to build muscle than most. I’m 1,90m tall and weigh 85kg lean mass was hoping to get to 90kg at least. Any advice on what cycle would be appreciated thanks

Start with a moderate testosterone cycle (±300mg / week) for 10-12 weeks and perhaps an oral in the first 4 weeks if you want to.

Could I replace dianabol with superdrol? And how many mg a day would be best 40mg/day? Thanks for the help

I did not mention Dianabol, you can take any oral you prefer. 40mg Superdrol will fuck up your liver pretty quickly. Start with 10mg and if you tolerate that dose without issues increase it to 20mg per day and then see how it goes. There is no one-size-fit-all dosage, you start low and work your way up and make adjustments as needed.
