What do you guys think of this course "custom Tailored" he did mention ????.

(Week 1-2)
0,5ml Test prop eod
0,5ml Tren ace eod
50mg Anapolan Ed pre workout
Arimadex 0,5mg eod

(WEEK 2-4)
0,5ml Test prop eod
1ml Tren ace eod
75mg Anapolan Pre workout
0,5mg arimadex

(WEEK 4-6)
1ml Test prop eod
1,2ml Tren ace eod
arimadex 0,5mg every 3 days just for 12 days of week 4-6

(Week 6-
1ml Test prop eod
1,2ml Tren ace eod
30mg winstrol split into 3 doses of 10mg every 6 hours

(WEEK 8-12 Pct)
Every second day 500mg Hcg (Pregnal)
every night before bed 1 (1/2 tab) clomid before bed
Supplement with tribulus ,zinc and Vitamin D

It has so many flaws, terrible idea.

1) Short acting steroids for your first cycle.
2) Tren for your first cycle? You have no idea how you will react to higher androgen levels but you throwing in tren.
3) Just throwing in Anadrol and pushing it to 75mg ?
4) Why are you tapering it? Maybe a front load of higher doses, not the other way around.
5) You talk mls not MG
6) PCT is whacked.
7) Why Arimidex? Why that dose ? You don't even know what tour estrogen levels will be but you using Arimidex.. And if you on Arimidex already you can just extend it into PCT and use that as part of PCT.

However the whole thing is a mess. The guy you follow might have a good physique, but if he is recommending that cycle for a first timer he is clueless.

Getting back into learning about steroids properly this time doing my own research etc, one thing i learnt in the past few years is that if things work for people it does not mean it will work for you!!

Terrible fucking cycle for a first cycle. Here's why.

If you get gyno, what does it come from, testosterone or 19nors? Well you wouldn't know.

At that low dose testosterone, you would never need an ai, and that's gonna kill libido and sex drive.

Tren. First of all Dorian Yates at 300 pounds only ever used 228mg per week, here you are going up to 360mg.

Tren for your first cycle is like stubbing your toe and amputating the leg for the pain.

Think of anabolics as an elevator, no matter how hard(big doses) or fast(short esters) is going to make it get to the bottom, and doing short cycles is basically getting impatient and before the elevator gets there, you use the stairs and stop the cycle.

Honestly, do a cycle of 3mg per kg body weight testosterone,for 15 weeks. At week 5 add in 2mg per kg a week of an oral like tbol pre workout.( If you 75kgs that is 150mg tbol PER WEEK SPLIT OVER workout DAYS) at week 10 add in 2mg per kg of anavar post workout. That way at the end of the 15weeks you are maxing out on 7mg per kg.

Remember, longer, lower, slower is going to be fat superior than short little cycles.

Winstrol is shit as it fucks your joints up. And for 2 weeks it'd not gonna do shit.

First cycle: Test only. No need to push over 500mg a week. Do this for 10 to 12 weeks. Or... look above for same cycles and pct protocols and time lines.

Everything I have learnt over the last few years, the minute test goes over 3mg per kg, side effects happen. Blood pressure, water retention, thickening of the blood. Rather keep test lower and use other anabolics.
