Long ester

Is it better to Inject twice weekly when using long esters or is once a week suffiecient? I would think twice to keep blood levels more constant?

Twice is week for stable blood levels.

Or once a week if you don’t like pinning.

Then also depends on the volume of gear, imagine pinning 5mls at once.

I don't think you need to go more than every 5 days. I do TRT at once a week, couldn't be bothered doing it more frequently.

TRT - I pin once a week, same day & time.
