So I got my stuff today and need some more advice. 
Its about 3 years since my last cycle and it was only Decca and test which I usually did 4 ml per week or 2 ml every 5days. 
My new cycle is:
EU pharma Decca durabolin 350
EU pharma test enanthate 250
EU pharma mastron enan 200

The advice I got here is as follow ;
set your testosterone at 3mg per kg (so max 250mg) for the 12-16 week cycle. add in 2mg per kg of deca (170mg per week) and about 1mg per kg of masteron. ( 100mg per week) run that for 4 weeks, then up your masteron to 200mg per week, and your deca to 250mg per week. and run the cycle out like that. you will grow pretty decently and should have minimal side effects with a cycle like that.
Seems a lot different than what I used to do. 
1st how do I 170mg decca, is that like half a ml and 250mg like between half and 1ml. I'd normally just do 3ml per week but let me know. 
and then 2nd do I inject all 3 at one time.

So 300mg per ml
1/300 = 0,003ml x 175 = 0.58ml to make 175 so 0.6ml is a good place.
1/300 = 0,003ml x 250 = 0.83ml to make your 250mg. So 0.8ml a week is a good place to round off to.
Yes mix all 3 In 1 syringe and inject once a week as all are long esters

im running the same cycle like the above week 14 in/18 maybe 20. Awesome cycle, doses are a bit different from yours.

just keep your food intake high, the gains will come!

Awesome thanks.

Should I double dosage after four weeks then. 1ml of each? 

And Can I follow a high protein diet and expect some good gains instead of going the all bulk diet cause last time it made me a bit fat and I struggled to get rid of it. Just a thought.

No you don't just double the dose.

You should work on MG per kg of body weight.

Start your cycle at 5/6mg per kg where 3mg of that is Testosterone.

At week 4 you go to 8mg per kg of body weight leaving Testosterone at 3mg per kg(so 5mg per kg split between deca and masteron) then week 8 10mg per kg if body weight leaving 3mg per kg of Testosterone, and 7mg split between deca and masteron. And run peak dosing for 7/8 weeks.


At this stage as an amature I wouldn't suggest you need more than 10mg per kg, hell, I've been training for 18 years and done some big cycles in the past that taxed my health and even during my latest contest preps I haven't gone more than 10/11mg per kg.

Yes your nutrition needs to start at a certain number of calories per kg, and depending on body fat levels,increase as the course goes on. But knowing what your calorie intake is and how many calories you are currently consuming is vital to start.

Training : volume can stay the same as long as intensity is going up and weights are going up if your model is to train to failure

If you don't train to failure and work with reps still left in the tank you can titrate volume up via number of sets to a peak amount at the end of 8 weeks (eg from 70 sets a week to 100 sets a week) then come down to 70 sets and peak again at 100 sets over the next 8 weeks. Tracking your workouts is vital too.

ok so here is the thing, a high protein diet by definition is about 2g per kg of body weight as the average protein consumption and RDA by most countries is 0.6g per LB which is about 1.3g per kg, so yes you will need to follow a high protein diet, at least 2g per kg, 3g per kg is a max really interms of efficiency for performance, so middle ground can be 2.5g per kg. If you are using anabolics you can get away with less, so 2g per kg is a good shot. Fat intake should be set at about 1g per kg. The balance of calories should come from carbs. which for a start point is body weight dependant. 

so if you got fat you were 1. not doing enough activity(step count, weight training, cardio) for the calories you were consuming. Or 2. Consuming way too many calories in total.

track your food intake for 2 weeks in an app like fat secret, then weight yourself daily for 2 weeks, track your steps for 2 weeks. after 2 weeks come to an average of calorie intake and weight and steps.

if you stayed the same weight then you know how many calories on average you need to maintain. if you gained weight you know how many calories on average it takes to gain weight. if you lost weight you have an average to know that you are in a deficit and then you adjust from there.

tracking all these variables is like investing your money in a long term investment. if you don't get growth, you know you are in the wrong stocks and know where to change. you then have data you can analyze to track performance and make changes where necessary. but if you are guestimating you have 0 idea where you are going to and what to change.
