Puffy Nipples on Test

Finished my first cycle, running 400 Test C and pinning twice a week
I was taking 0.25mg of Pharma Adex twice a week, but nipples got a bit puffy so I bumped it up to 0.5 twice a week, but they carried on getting puffy so I ended up taking 1mg EOD ( yea probably stupid and probably crashed my e2 but now in my cruise and feeling perfect)
I must note that my nipples don't have a lump underneath, they aren't sensitive at all either, and never got itchy. I am also fairly lean with visible ab veins
Anyone experience this on test and does it get better while cruising ?
Going for my bloods in 2 days so I guess we will see if that shows anything, but still thought I'd ask

Drop your test your test to 2.5mg per kg. Add tamoxifen at 20mg daily. Reduce arimadex to 0.25mg 2x a week as you've already crashed e2. Pray to heavens your sex drive comes back and you don't destroy your tendons.

Well the thing is, I have already been on my cruise for 3 weeks now
I never ever has issues with sex drive, even with my high dose of adex and my tendons were fine haha, tbh I def feel better on this low dose atm, but the puffy nipples are still there
I also used nolva and not much changed, not even sure if it truly is gyno
