Blood Results - High Prolactin and Estrogen. was created by pocketmuscle
Hi gents,

Need some advice please.

I have been on TRT for the past year.

180mg Test C devided in 2 doses per week

Stats:
1.75m
80.5kg
BF%: 13, assuming as I can see my abdominal muscles.

Training 5 times per week.

Blood Results:
Estrogen: 193 pmol/l  Ref:< 185 pmol/l
FSH: < 0.2 IE/l  Ref: 1.3 - 19.3 IE/l
LH: 0.2 IE/l  Ref: < 0.2 IE/l
Prolactin: 21ug/l  Ref: 3 - 13 ug/l
TT: 36.8 nmol/l  Ref: 6.9 - 23.6 nmol/l
SHBG: 26.1 nmol/l  Ref: 13.3 - 89.5 nmol/l
FT: 1010.7 pmol/l  Ref 170.0 - 600.0 pmol/l

From what I can from the above my Estrogen is just above average on the high side and my Prolactin is sky high.
Prolactin I would say is high due to using Peploc 20mg per day for heart burn, as I have read that it could cause a rise in Prolactin levels.

I can feel the right nipple is sensitive, hence the reason I went to do some bloods.

Would you guys recommend I get Dostinex / Cabaser ONLY or Aromasin / Arimidex or Nolvadex as well?
And at what dosages would you recommend?

Would appreciate your expertise.

Thanks

High estrogen is only an issue if it is causing gyno. Estrogen is good for joints, and cholesterol profile. I wouldn't Worry about that unless you have gyno issues. Also remember estrogen in men is what drives sex drive, so if you cut estrogen too low, welcome to limp noodle.

Prolactin too, unless you are battling to orgasm which is common when using 19 nor substances, or having prolactin based sides you are fine.

Using caber is like hunting rabbits with a bazooka and obliterates all Prolactin which has got its own down falls. Even bromocriptine doesn't eliminate all prolactin and is a better option as all of those sex hormones are needed.

Best bet is to add in 1mg per kg of masteron as it reduces both e2 and prolactin if you are worried. But I wouldn't be with those numbers personally.

Hi Empire,

Thank you for the info.

To be honest I am a bit worried about Gyno, as my right nipple is very sensitive and I can feel a small lump of sort.

And now that you mention it, the last few weeks the orgasms are taking a bit longer and erctions not as hard as it use to be.

So it is a bit of a concern to me. Previous I was told by a very knowledgeable Doctor in KZN to use only Nolvadex 20mg/day for estrogen Gyno issues and Dostinex 0.25mg twice per week for Prolactin Gyno issues.

We both though it was estrogen which was the cause of the Gyno flair up due to not using any 19 Nor compounds, but when bloods were done, it pointed towards my high Prolactin issues in which I was prescribed 0.25mg Dostinex twice per week for four weeks which brought down my Prolactin levels and the sensitivity and Gyno flair up dissappeared.

I was planning at using Masterson 200mg per week which should sort out the estrogen and I understand one needs estrogen, just thought that it was a bit on the high side.

And then use Dostinex for the high Prolactin levels.

Once again your expertise will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Dostinex is hunting rabbits with bazookas. Good luck.

Your E2 is fine as long as you aren't getting annoying side effects, but your high prolactin is related to your E2 levels.

Estrogen levels will rise in proportion to your total testosterone, so if one's T is above normal range as yours is, then E2 will go higher as well.

High E2 directly increases prolactin. I get the same thing when my TRT dose gets too high. Any drug you take might improve one number but it's going to mess up something else. Your body isn't going to let you keep T higher than normal without something out of whack. On 'Sports TRT' once you start taking all sorts of drugs to try and get your numbers in your bloodwork right, most of the time just you end up doing more damage than good.

If you add masteron you're going to improve your prolactin and E2 but crush your HDL  Not worth it with your bloodwork looking like as it does.
