mid cycle bloodwork (Test/Mast/Tren) help? was created by HungryJourney85
Hi folks,

Anyone with experience regarding blood work. i'm 3 weeks into cycle. first 2 weeks were dbol at about 30mg then test300 Mast 400 and tren 200 from about week 2. I started Jan 27 with dbol. About 2 weeks inot the cycle i felt a crash, so drowsy and tired. no other systems (high blood pressure but i've since upped my cardio).I also dropped the Tren.

Below are my blood results, i was wondering if there is anyhitng to worry about here? or something that needs urgent attention? My current plan for the next 9 odd weeks will be 300 Test E and 400 Mast..a 50-60 day bridge with HCG and then PCT 3. I do have an AI on hand and was going to use proviron through the bridge.

Then an egfr of 61 and creatinine of that high is a concern. If you were taller than 1.73m then you wouldnt be great but wouldnt be bad if you were hyper muscular.

Tren is known to wreck egfr.

That's why i hate that shit.

E2 of 586 means you are probably carrying to much body fat and your test dosing is high but you were also running dbol so that would also account for that..how long before the test did you drop the dbol?

And of that what is your estimated bf %? Calorie intake?

I would say your test dosing would be on the high side, but that would be falsely elevate to dbol in the system.

I would bring down the test to 210mg, keep masteron as is.

But you will need to get on to some tudca and astragalus. The astragalus you can get off takealot.com from a brand called hmt, take 3 capsules a day, tudca 2 capsules a day. I Have a client who had an egfr of 53 and creatinine that was higher than yours, he is hyper muscular at 104kgs at 1.78m tall and we got creatinine into range and egfr up by 18 points to 71.

And i hope you have learned never to start a course at peak dosing of 1100mg ever again.

You should be working out your dosing based on body weight. Going from 5mg per kg up to 10-12mg per kg, keeping testosterone or testosterone derived substances to a combined total dosing of 3mg per kg. So 270mg per week total.

Dbol, tbol, equi and test all live in the testosterone family, so you dont want to exceed 3mg of those substances total.

Body fat id argue is between 15-18%? Calorie intake over the last 4 weeks has been 2100 in an attempt to drop weight too.

I’m in the UK so will try source those over here. That’s some sound advice. Is the kidney issue prone to kidney failure etc?

500mg per pill for astragalus, 250mg for tudca.

You can look at the trained by jp supplements, he has one for organ health.

And the masteron is still ok? Or drop to just test and work on cholesterol?

Think I’d rather stop now. Take stock and recover and in a few months get blood work before beginning and build a smarter cycle. Considering I’m only 2-3 weeks in, would you suggest PCT 2?

Carry on.

Things will clear and things will change.

Cholesterol slightly out of range is normal, Cholesterols role in the body is to synthesize sex hormones, and seeing you are taking exogenous hormones, you are going to have elevated Cholesterol. And a Cholesterol of 6 isnt a worry, if it was 11 then yes.

Thanks for this- going to stay on a TRT dose (low) and take the supplements you suggest. I’ve also ordered N2Gaurd which apparently is great for hormones. Besides kidneys , any other thoughts on estro and prolactin ? Will they equalise eventually after a few months or do they need anything ?

I dont know why you are freaking and coming off after 3 weeks.

Tren increases progesterone. Youve dropped that.

Testosterone and dbol convert to estrogen, youve dropped a big converting steroid in the dbol. It will come down..

But good luck, do your thing and i hope you one day realize taking exogenous hormones such as Testosterone will increase estrogen. Estrogen isnt inherently bad, unless you are getting gyno. Its good for joint health and cholesterol and sex drive. Yes male sex drive is driven with estrogen.

You just have to remove the kidney toxic substances such as tren, and get the increased muscle building.

Dont listen to everything you see on the internet. N2guard may be great, it maybe shit.

Yes you’re correct - I stopped that about 2 weeks ago. So I was just wondering if there is any suggestions on getting prolactin up or will it just come back with time?

So your advice - stay on course, drop test but keep masteron the same build muscle and work on kidneys - they rest should come down on their own?

Yes, caber is like hunting rabits with a bazooka, you will abliterate them into red mist.

Caber is not the first choice of drugs to lower prolactin in my opinion. Bromocriptine is better.

Think of bromocriptine like arimadex, it lowers the hormone. Letro and caber are the same, they obliterate the hormone.

Ok, my prolactin seems crashed if I read it right but this may settle on its own over time? And the estrogen will also settle over time to a “cycle range” over time as I’m off dbol now?
