Blood work results was created by MrHydeDr
Hi gents,
just wanted some advice regarding blood work. It’s been 4 months since my last PCT. But I stopped my cycle early due (after 4 weeks) to a few reasons (just shows my stupidity) but I learnt a lot about my body. Long story short, wanted some advice on whether I was ready for a new cycle or run another PCT!
Oestradiolis 88 pmol/L
test 11.2nmol/L
SFH 1.2IU/L
LH 1.1 IU/L
prolactin 230mU/L
cortisol 336 nmoL/L
my first thought is to run PCT 3 again but would appreciate any advice.

Those numbers are not what you want when about to start a cycle. Your total T would put you the lowest 10% of men under 40. LH and FSH indicate typical secondary hypogonadism which means your pituitary/hypothalamus need some time or help with recovery. HCG will do nothing for that.
But it's typical for those of us who've done quite a few cycles without enough time off or sufficient PCT.
PCT3 would of course boost your LH/FSH and T.

Makes sense. You’re probably right, not enough time between cycles. If HCG won’t help, could I do PCT 3 without HCG and give it a few months then test again?

HCG is for recovery of your testicles. Does nothing to help shutdown in the brain. So yes go with just the clomid and nolvadex. But there is no substitute for time off. If you want to avoid needed TRT then I reckon do the responsible thing. If you are happy to go on TRT for the rest of your life then it doesn't matter.Makes sense. Thanks - I’ll give it a few months after running chlomid and nolva and get a test again. Much appreciated
