Anabolics & Fat Loss for Females

I am SUPER new to all of this and it's getting terribly confusing. So sorry if this has been asked and answered a million times before. I find that there's more information on male steroid use than for females.
It's been two weeks since coming off 20mg Anavar. I must admit I didn't get the results I was hoping for, a little more strength and SLIGHT more muscular growth. But I need more. I need a fat loss boost and muscle growth. I've read about female stacks, must I just purchase that and call it a day, or should I buy supplements individually. But then how do I take them and when?
I currently do an hour of cardio every morning for weight loss. Strength training afternoons, three times a week. My physique isn't bad, but I'm currently sitting at a skinny fat situation even though I am lifting and lifting as heavy as I can.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Most noticeable should be the speed of recovery between lifting sessions, and at 20mg you should notice changes in sensitivity down below and some clitoral swelling.
What strength gains are we talking about here when you say, "a little more strength?"

Women make about 5-6mg of androgens per week and you are taking 140mg per week, thats 20-25x the amount..
Remember with anabolics with women, it's the duration vs the dose that causes the issues. Masculine features from androgens take time to develop one once they are there, you can't reverse them.
What is your calorie intake? How many grams of protein carbs and fat are you having?
What is your training split?
How close to failure do you train?
What form of birth control do you use?
Have you got blood work of your e2 progrestrone and testosterone(free and total) 7 days prior to menstrual cycle?
What does your thyroid panel look like 7 days out from your menstrual cycle?
To be honest, you don't need drugs, I think you need coaching before drugs, especially if you are new to this, who ever prescribed 20mg of anavar at day for you and didn't advise on side effects is a cunt.

With strength I went from lifting 5kgs to 10kgs, so double. But maybe my expectations are a bit wild, that's also what i need to know. I have nothing to measure myself against.

Give us exercises, reps, weights and sets.
How close to failure do you train?
Have you got blood work of your e2 progrestrone and testosterone(free and total) 7 days prior to menstrual cycle?
What does your thyroid panel look like 7 days out from your menstrual cycle?
Yes sadly, men treat women like little men, there is way more to it that than that, hence why I've asked all these questions.
My female clients get phase specific diets and training changes based on your menstrual cycle.
So volume reduces around certain weeks etc.
You have 2 distinct phases in your monthly cycle, the follicular phase and the luteal phase. Different hormones are dominant in each phase hence why diet and training should change to adapt to that..
If you are starving, you most likely aren't sticking to your plan 100%.

ok so giving this some thought here. You are looking for a quick fix it seems hence the turning to anavar as quickly as possible. Work on an average how long it took to go on, is how long it's going to come off. When I started I lost 53kgs in 18months, so 3kgs per month and that was aggressive. After reading through everyone's answers I'm starting to suspect the anavar may be fake. Now the thing is, where do I go from here? I have a set workout plan and eating plan, been diligently exercising but I still wobble like a bowl of jelly.
Sadly bodyfat does not come off as fast as you like it to, 0.5kgs of fat a week is a safe place to be. I know, not the 20kgs you had hoped. Any more than that you risk losing muscle. Which you are trying to gain at the same time..
Doing to much cardio isn't actually the best thing, i personally would have you training 4-5days per week, focusing on building muscle, and then body fat would come off as a secondary factor.
you have said you went from 5 to 10kg with your weights, on what exercises? There is 3 ways you can make progress with weight training.. increased weight each week but same reps. Increased number of reps with the same weight or increased weight and increased reps.
Now increasing weight by small amounts on certain exercises is easier than increasing reps. For example.
If you are squatting 50kgs for 10 reps you are squatting 50x10 = 500kg.
If you then try and squat 50kgs for 11reps that is a 10% increase and you may fail on that weight.
If you try 52kgs for said 10 reps and get it, you've increased from 500kgs to 520kgs, but still find it achievable. That is how progression works.
This is good for heavy compound lifts, as if you increase by 2kgs weekly overtime you are going to surpass that 10% jump.
You can do rep increases when loads are smaller, say like dumbell Bulgarian split squats. Going from 10 reps of 20kgs, to 15 reps of 20kgs over weeks before going up. As 20kgs is easier to handle than a 50kg squat.
Or you can do both only if you are well rested and full of food..
Now how close should you be training to failure? 1-2 reps on compound exercises, 0-1reps on isolation. Going to failure on squats are more risk of injury than going to failure on leg extensions.
Apply these technique to your training for 3-6months, whilst eating at 10% calorie deficit and doing 30mins of cardio on days you don't train legs, you will be good to go.
Get at least 2.5g or protein per kg of body weight..0.7g per kg of fat and balance of carbs. This needs to change based on where you are on your menstrual cycle, but that's why I my coaching business and why I charge what I charge.
Also start videoing all your lifts to improve form..I ask clients for tons of videos so I can help them adjust.

High carb days I would have 120g rice and 80g steak. Snack would be half an avo and 50g biltong. I stuck to this pretty well, for three months straight. But then I couldn't anymore
Exercises include hammer curls, dumbell press, clean and jerk, planks, arm rows, upright rows, squats, lunges, farmer walks, and bent over rows.
I haven't had my period in a long time. So I don't really know much about eating tailored to that.
This all sounds very complicated which makes me feel like is there even a point. All I want is to build my body but it feels there's so many moving parts. I think that's why people give up, it gets too complicated.

If it were easy, everyone would look good, but it demands effort, which is what it should. People who give up on achieving a great physique don’t deserve it. Great physiques are admired precisely because they’re hard to attain, because it signifies physical and mental determination and endurance. If learning the entire process is too overwhelming, consider hiring Empire to handle the complicated aspects.

Not having a period isnt a very good thing, the female hormone cycle needs to ensure that you are in good health, you can have loss of bone mineral density because of it.I haven't had my period in a long time. So I don't really know much about eating tailored to that.

So right now eating at maintaince should be the goal because you need to have that cycle returned which means hormones would return to normal, if you were to go for blood tests now, you would be a candidate for HRT, so that your menses returns and probably find thyroid hormones are tanked too.

so your blood test goes on your medical record? that's like saying I don't want to take my car for a service because there will be a history.
you need to look under the bonnet of your car when doing a service to see what isn't working. they arent going to pick up your anavar usage unless your Cholesterol is FUCKED and your doctor knows what to look for.
