Looks good. I just wouldn't recommend dropping to 250mg/week test after doing 350mg/week of test prop. 350mg test prop contains the same amount of test as 400mg test cyp if you take ester weight into consideration so dropping to 250mg test cyp will do little more than maintain your initial gains.

Intervet is going to hurt like a bitch, maybe opt for PGW.
Also, combining prop and cypionate ..... why you not just use Sustanon? 1ml amps from Organon, 250mg/ml and inject 2 x p/week? This is allot less hassle and the effects will be basically identical to the prop and cypionate combo.

Ovidrel you can start from week 4 or 5, no need from week 1.
A-dex, only if needed
Would run var from week 1 - 4
If you taking propecia, then run winny oral @ 0.2mg p/kg body weight in last 2 weeks of cycle.

Would also extend cycle to 10 weeks, 8 might be too short for the compounds and esters you want to use.

I dont know if i will be in jhb long enough to source pgw netro im only driving in for 2 days so im sourcing whatever i can, . If i take nomad should i double the var dose? instead of 40 mgs take 80 mgs?
Also I read that estrogen is a huge factor contributing to hair loss so 0.5 arimidex would only prevent around 50 % conversion of test to estrogen. 10 weeks is cool i can do that i guess but sust is only 30 mgs of prop per 250 mgs? isnt that little as compared to me hitting 100 mgs of prop EOD?The only reason i chose prop is cause apparently propecia dont work with dbol so i wanted something to frontload with but if you reckon sust will give me the same results then maybe i should go for that since thats only 2 ml per week of injecting which sounds too good to be true...
