I am a Newbie to using Gear and have a few friends that use but am a little unsure of what to use and how long a cycle to go on as its a first time don't have any issues getting gear? Can anyone help with a good first cycle and maybe point me in the right direction for a work out program as what i am doing now isn't growing me any further?

Hey Guys
I am a Newbie to using Gear and have a few friends that use but am a little unsure of what to use and how long a cycle to go on as its a first time don't have any issues getting gear? Can anyone help with a good first cycle and maybe point me in the right direction for a work out program as what i am doing now isn't growing me any further?
No disrespect, but you really should read up and research a lot more before coming on to any forum and asking a question like that.
Firstly you should have at least some idea of what you are going to be using and you can ask the guys to have a look at your proposed cycle.
It is seen as just laziness asking for a cycle and a training program nogal, without any information to work on.
What are you hoping to achieve by doing a cycle?
What are your body stats?
How long do you intend being on?
How long have you been training?
What is your diet like?
Take all these factors into account and then research what gear is best likely to do the job for you.
Then ask the guys on here what they think, and believe me there is a wealth of knowledgeable guys here that will be all too happy to assist you.
There is so much you have to take into account. You seem incredibly unprepared to be trying a cycle IMO.
Read read read........ There is a ton of info on this site, research it first.
Go here too, this is an excellent site;

Good luck

Hey bud, no offence but if your 96kg at 1.7% you don't need to go on cycle lol unless its a typing error haha.

Thank you Shaun i have been working hard for 3 years and have a 1.7% body fat i am now at 96kg and am stuck there i am hoping to build both body weight and physical structure by going onto a cycle i merely thought that my gym time would have to change drastically if did start a cycle
No probs Pikie.
How old are you? I am assuming you are relatively young, and 3 years training is better than I thought, but depending on your age, you might be better off developing your natural potential for another year or two, (although no one ever listens to that advice)
Most guys here I think, would advise you to not even THINK of doing a course until you are at least 25 years old. You would just be wasting natural potential.
I can't believe the 1.7% body fat though, that is worse than concentration camp levels btw.
If you want to bulk, there are TONS of cycles here you could copy. Just check around.
A simple trifecta of Dbol/Deca/Test might be where you want to start researching.

Yip it was a typo it was meant to be 17% not 1.7% sorry for that, i am 28 now and have only taken the last 3 years more serious with the rugby and planning the cage career and have now stabilized at 96kg with no growth i am so fed up of all the buddy pushing heavier and growing bigger and i just cant seem to grow any more it sucks?

Pikie, everyone hits a plateau. Also your mates might be genetically better off than you are, but after only 3 years of training there is probably still a TON of potential you can develop before cycling. Just MHO anyway.
How many calories you getting each day? How much protein you consuming?
How often do you change your training program?

You are probably right, my calorie intake is about
2500 to 3000 and my protein intake varies from day to day but on average about 4 chicken breasts and 8 egg whites daily with a pack of pasta and 2 shakes apart from veggies, creatine and biltong i am just not sure how to take more than this in and
grow grow grow is all i need?

Firstly it sounds like you can easily up your protein intake.
I was only a little heavier than you, and I'm over 50 years old, and i was chowing between 3300 and 4000 calories a day before I went on my first cycle.
You need to count your calories and your macro nutrients daily. You can't manage what you don't measure Pikie.
You should be taking in at least 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per POUND (take weight in kilos and times by 2.2)of body weight per day.
If you are only getting half the protein everyday, you will never grow.
You should keep a food log EVERYDAY.
Go to this site and enter everything you eat everyday. You will be surprised I think, to see you are not getting enough nutrients to grow.
