Testen 300 + VAR

Hi Guys

Shot my 1st testen300 last nite. Running it over 10 weeks@300mg / week. I want 2 add VAR. WHen would be the right time in my 10 week testen cycle to add the VAR and for how long and at what dosage would you recommend it?

training: 7 years on & off
BF: 18%
6'4
108 kg

i would double that testen dosage and add var in the last 4-5weeks.whats your pct looking like?

Suppliers r few and far between in eastern cape, or i just dont know them.

wht would u recommend for PCT DJ?
I am running at 300 cause thats all i got. I also dont want to double in size in 10 weeks, so my thinking was that if i use 300mg the size would b more sattle.
Please correct me if im wrong. this is only my 2nd cycle ever, the 1st wasnt really a proper 1

Double the test bud, i'm running mine at 600mg per week, this will be my 5th week, and very little water retention, so don't stress. Most blokes run DBol in the first few weeks, and that puts spans of water on. You're wasting your time running 300mg per week, if you're gonna shut down your system, rather make it worth your while.

Testen and Var is a good, clean cycle that will give you great lean mass gains with very little water retention.

If andre300 gona double his testen, should he take the whole 600mg at once or twice a week.
