Pinning in deltoid was created by andre300
Hey guys, i cant pin myself in the glute , so im doing it in the deltoid. My last shot is still a bit sore. I'm using 1" needle and putting the whole needle in my arm, is that right. my biggest concern is wasting my gear in my arm and not in the muscle. I'm a bit paranoid................lol

I jab in my delts and quads...Its just that much easier. I find it hard to get to the glute and aspirate without a mirror.

You need to stretch bro, I used to struggle to get to my glute but with practice it gets way easier... Just keep tryin, its way safer than delts and quads.
As an alternative you should try your vetroglutes. Pinning in the side is way easier and its still a very safe position.

safer in what sense? My main concern is if it still as effective as in glute? Ive pinned 4 times with no hassle, just a bit sensitive after day 2

Its safer because there's much less chance of pinning a vein or nerve etc..
It's just as effective though don't worry.
