ya you can, they should harden you up nicely.. Var takes 3 weeks to properly get into your system and start taking effect.. So just ensure you give yourself enough time on it, about 6 weeks...

Iv gotta get something done... The next time you see me Im gonna have some Bi's, Tri's & Abs.

You have to look at yourself in the mirror every single day of your life... How are you gonna feel if everyday you see a fat, lazy bastard staring back at you.

Why would you wanna waste money like that? You rather scrap the Var and go for some good winny IMHO since your system is shut down anyways.
