Sides - Acne

How do you combat the odd zit? I tend to get most on my shoulders - is there anything i can do to get rid of them?

There is this stuff called Vaya,,, it's a little see through bottle ,, it works like a charm on zits,, ingrown hairs etc.. Also drink Lots of water... My skin only breaks out when I go off usually,,
