Need to gain weight was created by thethin1
Hi , after a recent "study" of steroids and their effects and monitoring my weight increase this past 5 years which is still at 49Kg..

I was hoping that there were some supplements or miracles that could help me in my quest to gain weight and preferably in the process height

Being a 1.78m male with this weight is schocking , bmi is somewhere close t dangerously anorexic and i do eat more than the average guy!

Studying contra indications i think the majority would actually benifit me as i am 18 years old , have no facial hair, voice is not broken , have only had light skin breakouts, dont realy perspire.. so i think some added testosterone would really be kind..

:::Highlights:::
•Weight increase
•Height Increase

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time.

Hi, Thethin1. I really think this issue should be solved medically. I know that there are very good medical treatments for this. I would first consult my doctor and have some blood work done to first see if there's any medical reasons for your not so normal development.

Agreed, your body appears to be deficient in one or other hormone.

Also it is important for you to note that your full hormone profile may not have awakened yet. Some guys only really stop lengthening at 24 and in fact only start widening after this. It may be that you are just a really really late starter and that your natural testosterone levels will only start to rise in the next few years, bringing with is more hairy muscular goodness.

But most importantly I'm agreeing with Vega, get some blood work done and express your concerns to a health care professional. You might have a hormonal condition.

Even if this were not the case you are still too young. Remember steroids actually stunt your growth after conversion to estrogen. So exogenous test will actually prevent you from growing taller.

Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view

i would seriously suggest u go and see a doctor first before u self medicate steroids,u may have a hormonal imbalance and u will do yourself a world of good of getting your hormones in check... if u are so thin the first thing i say is that u are eating far to little... email me and we can look at doing a diet for u,i do charge but i can promise the weight gain u are looking for just on diet alone...EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED
