How effective are anabolic steroids at helping overcome this difficulty???
And still, obviously with seriouse training, what could one expect on average???

Hey. Just wanting to know....there alot of talk about the calves being the hardest muscle to train and develop mainly for some guys with thin lower legs.

Think you miss read.
They are easy to train and hard to grow since they hardly ever rest. That is how you grow, by repair.
You have to understand how AAS works before you can understand why this is like it is.
Genetics only plays a small part in the process.

No#1
You need to adjust your attitude. By asking how much you will gain on gear without any serious training you are clearly stating that you are not willing to train hard enough. You first need to learn how to train off cycle before considering to go on cycle.

You are only 63kg. You can still grow and define your calves and other body parts fairly easily without gear. If you are wondering why you have not grown your calves previously simply see point number one.

You said you've seen a bit of change in your calves not being on cycle. Now your getting even more complicated... If your still growing fine, why cycle?

I think i might be a misunderstanding caused from my behalf...
1]
When I said off cycle, I mean not "on cycle" thats why i'm looking for a first time cycle.
I understand what you mean about the "attitude"
In the previouse thread i said (cut and paste),"How effective are anabolic steroids at helping overcome this difficulty???
And still, obviously with seriouse training, what could one expect on average???"
The exras are there for extra. You would't want to do to Mac D's and order a plate of tamato suace and no chips... I was just wondering what the help would be. Not being lazy.
2]
Because iv been training for the last 3 years withou gear, I saw a change in my calve size without the help of gear....so yeah, again, was wondering what the help would be...
Thanks for you help again!
Oh, and yeah! It was quite late;)
