Advise on cycles please was created by Nazeer
Hi.
I've been training for many years (I'm 33 yrs old). I started training when i was 25 and gained 12 kg naturally. I stayed on that weight for about 2 years then found a personal trainer who deals with cycles etc. I started using juice for the first time a year ago and have gained another 14kg.

My concern is that my trainer doesn't help me train. His cut my sessions to 30 mins (4 times a week), and is always distracted - all this while I'm taking juice. I depend on him nec i have a very demanding job and have NO time at all to learn about all this stuff.

Am i wasting my time with the trainer and being on the juice?

How hard should i be training.

Thanks

I don't believe that..
Alot of us have very very demanding jobs and we still find the time to learn about this stuff...

Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view

While you are visiting this site for info you can also help others like me. I would like to know what you used to gain 14kg in a year and was it muscle gain or muscle, water and fat?

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

Try train by yourself for a while and see how you feel.

I'm sure you've learnt a lot in the past few years so why don't you want to learn more ?
A few years back I also had a 'personal trainer' well he worked out diets and workouts from novice to really serious body builders.
I learnt a lot but would also do my own research afterall it's my body.

I'd advise you to learn and/or get another training partner and if you are one of those people that need a training partner than maybe that's all you need.

As for training partners I love them, but I much prefer playing my tunes and living in my own little world, making animal sounds in the gym :) we have spotters at my gym so 1 of my sets I normally ask for a bit of assistance, mostly just to get it up... I can push myself to where I need to be listening to some hard core tunes...
