Great forum you've got and some very interesting reading.
Firstly some background:
Age: 24yo
Height: 1.91m
Weight: 62kgs
Training: +- 3times a week for the last 2years.
Typical daily meals:
At 06:00 - 3X Fried eggs on wholewheat toast + boerewors/steak. +- 30min Later 500ml Muscle Science Mass builder drink.
At 9:00: 2-3packs of Oatso Easy.
11:00 - Snacking on some biltong or dry Oatees.
13:00 - Usually Pasta/Macaroni or 3-4 sarmies with cold meat.
15:00 - pack of 2minute noodles or Chicken salad
18:00 - Typical Dinner - Rice/Potatoes,Steak, Vegies or Spagetti Bolognaise.
30min after another 500ml Muscle Science Mass Builder Drink
20:00-21:00 - Will snack on anything eg. Chips/Biltong etc etc.
So my problem is that I do not seem to gain any weight at all!!I have even gone to see a doctor and do tests, only to be told there's nothing wrong, and that I need to make peace with the fact that I've got a fast metabolism.
My training consists of absolutely no cardio. And really heavy weight training, I dont know whats the problem and need to pick up weight.
Any advice or info would be appreciated, I am sick and tired of being so skinny and getting really desperate. I was thinking of doing a cycle as another Dr. told me that it's the only other alternative but refuses to prescribe it.
Please help!
Thanks in Advance.

Speak to the DJ he should see this soon, he can work out a diet for you.. thing is you honestly have to eat more, you wont feel so full if you stop snacking on crap...
you need to eat more dense food, potatoes, loads of them (mash is an easy way to consume allot) you don't have enough veggies in your diet either... also by eating eggs worse and steak you going to lose your apitite, you need more carbs, eating allot of carbs makes you hungry....
I make a huge ammount of rice and chicken for work.... and havee that split into 3 times during the day, with veggies and other stuff ofcourse. also looks like from 9/6 you not getting enough quality protein, the chicken salad if I where to picture would not be a number of chicken breasts, etc... what you need to do is cook huge dinners that can last you dinner and all day the next day, healthy foods...
anyway, somebody else will add some more... a course will help but no point if you have not got the A/Z's together... Go to the General Tab on here and click on FAQ and read that stuff for starters and follow what needs to be done to be prepared..
Sweeet...

No offense DJ squirrel man but I wouldn't offer cycle design as an option to him for at least another year or two... Hard gainer or no.
Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view

He has allot of natrual growing to do.... ALLOT......... he can build a frame to work on... if I was him I would look at doing all oldschool moves, just your core moves for mass, mainly squats, if you have knee injuries replace with leg press, big press movements, dumbell / bench presses. dead lifts, big barbell curls, ez extesions / close grip bench press. bent over rows... you can even do that training split I said 3 times a week, mon / wed / fri and rest on other days and just eat... you will grow.. I was one of the hardest gainers but following that type of power workout (allways using negative / postive) eg a push with a pull (bench then bent over rows)
trust me, keep it simple add mass, dont touch a machine that will ruin you... keep it to iron only...
I would keep your food intake very high, specially high ammounts of carbs... if you really as hard gainer as you say you are, 3 times a week training is enough.... be prepared to explode...
