A bit of a stupid question i have.
If im taking 40mg of winny a day which is 4 x 10mg, what would be the best way to take it?
I know the half life is 9 hours. Must i split dose in 4 over day or take it over 3 times a day and have 1 dose of 20mg?

Well I had the 50mg tabs and was told take 1 tab a day.... so maybe split it morning and night...

Yes that sounds good, split the doses up. With oral winny you will always use a lot of tabs.
