Probably VAR, but, nothing under 60mg/day.
Var also takes 21 days just to get into your system, so, you need to do var for about 6 - 8 weeks for the full effect.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Think they both have the same "quality lasting gains"

Maintaining the gains afterward is the rick ( diet , supplements , bla bla bla)
