Yeah ECA stack works like a charm, if you got a good diet and off-course major cardio! Just play with NoMAD & Heat. I am going to be trying out some WASP next too. At the time I was using both NoMAD & Heat same time... like 2 tabs HEAT and 3 tabs NoMAD ECA a day...

I was a little hyper. The one thing is it did slow down my ability to recover... Assume I was burning up way to much energy sittings in the office even. Also started feeling a bit tired from lack of good sleep, which made me feel a little off... But I spent almost an hour a day doing cardio. Also I was #$#$%^ very tense while using it, and I am busy knocking down dbols and anapolon and not got half the tension now while on bulking stack.

I am a beginner and from this expierence I know this... Diet is important when cutting!!! If you don't eat right, you might be able to burn fat but you will burn muscle too if you take in the wrong foods even while cutting down.. etc. I am a tiny oke with no prior expierence trying to build lean muscle and gain size... But I have gained almost all my fat back while on this bulking cycle but also gained a-lot of muscle.. Which I pray i can keep most of when I go on PCT. Got a good feeling about it

bulk, pct, cut and start over again...
One day I'll start experimenting with Winstrol and Clen when I know more about it.
