Need your help guys

Found out this weekend that my cousin has been on a test only cycle now for the last 6 months...non stop :blink: :dry:
what PCT should i suggest that he takes to try and get his test back to normal... granted he is stressed about it (clear case of inexperience and lack of knowledge)
any help.. thanks guys

That doesn't sound good. Hope someone can help him asap. Btw how old is your cousin, hope he's not a teen. I dont understand why he didn't come to you for help before even considering a cycle unless he didn't want people knowing but you cant keep something like that secret because people will notice. Hope your cousin gets it all sorted out.

Not the best idea but nothing to worry about...

Time to get off the gear though...

1) Stop gear as soon as he has Nolva + Clomid + hCG
a - Do a full medical check (Blood pressure, etc)

2) Wait 1 week then hCG 1500iu EOD (Monday / Wed / Fri) right after he has stopped the gear.

3) Following week start with Clomid 100mg for 10 days and 20mg Nolva for 30 days.

4) Detox his body with Green Tea and any other natrual way he wants..

5) Take allot of vit c at this time

6) After this go for blood tests and check what his test and estrogen levels are.

7) Stay off gear for a good couple months...

6 months is quite a long time but not as uncommon as you may think..
I think 00pump or jackrabbit may be able to help with long cycle PCT?

my cous has just done the 1st week as above. Question is: Must he only do this for 1 week? (the HCG part?)

I wouldn't personally ask you to check but you can relay the message.. sometimes I have to extend it.... other times nope...

no harm to do another 2 days... rather be safe.... then start with kessar for 30 days after that... and he can supplement with zma during this time.

no worries... glad he is getting his balls back together and starting to become fertile again.....

I was reading somewhere that taking test is just like that of a male contraceptive and the babies that do get born during this time as refered to as greats (not sure how this could effect the babies ability of being a genetic freak, but maybe somebody else has scientific reason why this is said) ?
