well with tha anabolic chicken and meat .. the anabolic juice is completely useless

anyway got contact @ R35 per kilo....... sweet

Try a local wholesaler or factory. I used to get chicken from ANCA CHIX in bulk at about R27/kilo. mind u it was a while ago. probably more now.

Yip Checkers seems to be the only option in my area.

Spar is simply stupid with their prices. Same goes to Pick 'n Pay .

In Cape Town I buy directly from the County Fair Factory Shop in Epping. Prices vary but skinless chicken breasts wil go from about R29 per kg for the frozen ones more for fresh ones, depends on what they have on special. You can even buy cheap egg trays there.
