Hey guys,
Alot of us use A.I.'s to keep estrogen down on cycle. Some of us use non-aromatisable stacks for this same purpose. Off course we get cautioned on the poor effects these compounds eventualy have on our lipid values (HDL/LDL Cholesterol) due to lowered estrogen.
Anyways just read an interesting article and it made me want to ask you guys, who has actually checked their lipid profile while using an A.I. or a non-aromatisable stack, and what were the values like?
Real world feedback will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

i have had my lipids tested after a masteron test prop and anavar cycle, everything was normal except my good cholesterol which was slightly lower than normal but that was cos i was having my efa's on my high fiber foods i switched it to not over my brown rice and found it was a better option as the fiber was pulling the efa's through my gut...

No but i'm going to run some tests on myself, I will start using letro at 1.5mg a day for 3 months and see what it does on a monthly basis...

That might be useful Pumper...
Anyways I'm asking because I came across a recent paper talking about estrogen levels in men and how this effects blood lipids.
They were saying that although estrogen seemed to have a lipid protecting effect in women (as we all know and this is why we worry when reducing estrogen drastically) but found it to have a degrading effect in higher doses in healthy young men.
Now of course lipids could go bad on both ends of the scale (if estorgen is too high and too low) or it might be that in men lowered estrogen is a good thing.
Since I am guilty of not regularly having my lipids checked, I thought I'd ask for some real world experience on the matter...
