Is it a good or bad idea to mix winstorol with b12 before injecting?

I have done it a few time , I dont see why not

I also heard that its best to inject yourself with it directly befor a workout as it has a short life span? Sorry if the questions sound stupid, still a novice...:S

I injected every morning. Life span is around 48 hours.
