I have been lurking for a while just reading and listening trying to get my head around the science of this all, Now I need to ask a few questions and then do a bit more research. So here goes.
I am interested in doing a cyle, a biggeners cycle. I have been told to start with a Winstrol cycle to help shred a bit of my fat and get more def. now can you do just a winny cycle or do you need to stack? and if so does anybody have any cycles they can share with the pct included?
My Stats
128kg
198cm
+/- 23% BF.
Best Regards

That's precisly what I am doing. I was 138kgs a few months ago. I dont want to lose too much more weight but would like to shred the fat and gain lean muscle. I agree with the BF% though before starting a cyle but would like to get a picture of a cyle and do a sh!t load of research before I commit. Hopefully by that time I should be around the correct BF to start
Diet
07.00hrs = cup of cooked oats (In water) + 1 scoop protien shake blended in the oats
09.00hrs= 3full eggs, 2 egg whites, 5 eggs in total.
11.00hrs = Protien shake + 1 piece of fruit.
13.00hrs = 1 tin tuna, 1 large potato/rice, 1 cup broccoli.
15.00hrs = Protien shake + 1 piece of fruit.
18.30hrs= 2 pc meat (chicken/steak/fish), potato/rice, 1 cup steamed vegs
Training
6.30-7.00hrs 4km jog Mon/Wed/Fri
16.30- 18.00 Weight training (4 day split) Mon-Thurs/ Mon-Tues & Thurs-Fri
Thanks for the advice.

eg. protein - "x" grams
carbs etc....
looking at you're weight I'm doubting that you're taking in enough protein :hmm
and let me see if I have this right, you just wanna gain lean mass from this cycle? with the added benefit of dropping some fat also?
also how old are you and how long have you been training?

These are rough approximate figures from my daily consumption.
Protein= 275g
Carbs=275g
fat=83g
I am 36 years and have been weight training for about 5 months now. I have played rugby overseas before (until I broke my knee) and returned home. You are correct I want to lose my fat and replace that with muscle.

Ha Ha ok if you getting 275grams of protein from what you posted i will eat my hat. At least you have roughly established your daily protein goal, but truth is youre not Getting it, and you need it to maintain especially when attempting to cut. DJ squirrel man is the real expert as far as this goes so send him a mail. Diet is number 1 priority and he will set you on course.
As far as this cutting goes you can opt for a non AAC cutting cycle for now like clen and heat for example. Should help you reach that 15% along with a dJ diet, more cardio and what iam hoping is a structured split in No time;)

speak to DJeasye, he is the diet expert here and will be able to sort you out with that side of things (email him at EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED)
and with regard to you're cycle now, as it's gonna be you're first, 99.9999% of the guys here would suggest a test only first cycle as it's a hormone you're body knows what to do with, thus reducing the likeliness of mad side effects.
you will have a bit of water retention in this case and may not loose all that much fat (depending on the specific compound used) but you will put on muscle
do some research on test prop, sustanon, and some long ester tests also like enanthate/cypionate

Again thanks for the advice, I will add an additional shake straight after Gym (Pure Protein) which will increase my protein intake until I hear from DJeasye on my diet. I have looked at the "Lean mass cycle 1 (Beginner)" in the sample cycles, off the cuff how much would this complete cycle cost?
Regards.

the pure protein isn't a great choice for after training, coz it contains mostly casein which is a slow release protein.
a far better option would be a whey protein shake.
if you already have the pure protein that's fine, but rather have it before bed when it will be of more benefit
till Dj gets back to you just remember eat every two and a half to three hours, take in mainly complex carbs (except for around training times when you can add in the simple carbs) and keep a check on you're calories.
write everything down that goes into you're mouth

Hmm just thinking out a prop- var cycle might be a good start considering your stats or best of all a test only cycle with some winnie thrown in at the end to cut the water a bit and rip you up.
But as said before you will be alot happier if you start with a good base;)
Peace

Sorry my bad, As explained I am new been looking on the web for prices but they are all in dollars
which helps me nothing. If its ok (forum rules) could any one point me to a url where I can find a ball park figure? I am currently taking a product called lean grow extreme by Sci-mx. Which is a protein blend.
