Anavar alone cycle

Hey all.
I would just like your opinion on a anavar alone cycle. I would like to do a 8 week cycle at 20-40 mgs a day. All I want to do is decrease my bf % and increase my strength.
Im currently 105Kgs at 15% BF and I have a good diet worked out according to my BMR and good exercise program working accordingly to my 1Rep Max. Is it necesary to take nolvadex with this cycle? (nolvadex 10mgs a day).I also do alot of cardie and fitness training as I am an athlete. Is it necasary to do a pct with a anavar alone cylce and if so what pct would you recomend.

Up the dosage of the Anavar to 60mg/day.
Do not use the Nolva during cycle, but straight after at 20mg/day.

How long should the nolvadex cycle be?

Nolva 20mg/day for 30 days

I suggest you add some Test in there,the anavar will most likely shut you down.

Will it realy shut me down at a dose of 40mgs a day?

40mg is not good enough,up it to 60mg.You gonna be on it for 8 weeks,it is bound to have a negative effect.Var is a weak anabolic, and is not effective unless stacked with a more androgenic compound,Also get something for liver support,orals are not good to take for more than 6 weeks because of toxicity on the liver.And dry joints will also be something you are going to have to deal with.

What do you suggest i combine it with, i dont realy want to gain weight and other roids are worse then anavar(side effects) what if i take it on a 6 week course perhaps at 60mgs a day followed by nolvadex cycle at 20mgs for 4 - 6 weeks? I just want to increase my strenth as much as possible and cut down my bf%

You can try
Anavar 40-60mg ED Weeks 1-8
Test Prop 50mg EOD Weeks 1-8
Clomid 50mg ED Weeks 9-11

The test wont give you much bulk,mostly water retention,and the Anavar will help to drop the water and fat alot.Anavar is potent stuff in everyones opinion.Keep your diet clean and train well,you will be impressed.Its a very basic cycle.

On Tuesday I will have ended my 4th week of var. I have only added tribulus to boost test levels and an in the last week and ECA (beesting) to enhance the fat loss. I still havent gone for a bf test but I can tell you this so far I have not shut down, my abs are more visible that ever and my strength is slightly up. I rate this with my squats and dumbell presses.Vascularity is up big time. Training really hard in every workout.

Weight has fluctuated. When I startedon the var I was 88 then went up to 90.5. Somehow I think the scale was fubared but back to 90 but getting leaner all the the time.

Milk thistle and essentiale`s for the liver in the mix as well.Upped my protein extensively too.

Halfway through the cycle and can`t wait for more results.

What is the avarage price of anavar in RSA. Could i combine it withe deca or dbol perhaps?
