Injection fluid leaking out of injection site

Hi, I want to know if this is possible.
A friend of mine is claiming that he was injected with EQ, used a 22 gauge, and that most of the liquid leaked out. It was a yellow fluid that leaked out of the site within half an hour after injecting. He says that he done every thing by the book. I laughed about it, but after wards wonder if this can be true.

One or two drops directly following the pin is natural. 0.5mL of yellow liquid half an hour later is not!

Possibly an abused injection site or an infection. Tell him to tell for abcess formation, puffiness, redness, heat etc... all around the injection site.

Thanks, i inspect the site, no sign of infection. I think it was his imagination. I will see on thursday when he inject again. See whats the deal. Thanks again.
