anyways i been out of the game for a couple years, been training for the better part of 15 years, many cycles later, because of the extended layoff lost alot of it and gained way to much fat, currently trying to get back to 12% whereby i will start my cycle

week 1-4 dbol blue 50mg a day
week 1-16 testen 300(pgw) - 900mg a week
week 1-16 eq 350 (pgw)- 600mg a week
week 17-28 - prop 100 eod
week 17-28 - tren ace 100 eod

arimedex on hand throughout

pct clomid / hcg

i have a;ways favoured long cycles and have my bloods done every 6 weeks or so

currently 32 / 98 kg / 17-18% b/f my best stats were 105 kg / 8% b/f some years ago

i am doing keto and loads of cardio till i reach 12-13%

look forward to chatting and getting and sharing advice, and excited to try pgw :woohoo:

i started on a balanced diet for the first bit

but have now switched to a keto based diet for the next 3-4 weeks to bring my b/f down to an acceptable level, before switched again to carbs

Hey bro, welcome to the forum.

There seems no need to tell you to read the forum rules or post up some intro stats because experience seems to have those bases covered.

Have some karma for a good intro.

Good luck with the dieting and thumbs up for the regular blood work! I'm sure you'll love PGW ;)

About that cycle, all round seems like a good cycle plan. Some initial comments I would make are if you are going in for the long haul at least take some HCG with you. Even dosed as low as 250i.u. twice a week throughout the cycle will do wonders for recovery after.
Then I would probably swap out the clomid for tamoxifen. Far more potent that clomiphene and way way way cheaper. Get some generic kessars..

In addition I'd like to add in one other point. You've lost a lot of mass so your holding low amounts of lean body mass, and in addition you've had a long layoff of exogenous androgens. I'm not sure how long you've been taking the low dose test or at what frequency, but I think given your situation there is no need for 1g+ doses yet..
You don't have oodles of muscles waiting to respond to massive androgen influx, you have a tone of muscle memory waiting to explode in hard solid gains, and your body if fresh to recieve stimulous of exogenous compounds.

I would due to these point consider revising the cycle to include sub-1g total doses of androgn. I know its weird starting over again but that essentially what you doing...I think you can go for lower doses and still see great gains.
Since you are planning a long cycle, you can always increase doses to your prefered range as gains plateau.

Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view

thanks for the response , i hear you, with eq at 600 would 600-750 test be better bet ? before 1-1.2 g was always more than enough, i once went to 2g and found no additional benefit to myself other than increased water retention and other sides

i am planning on having hcg onhand, i was going to use it a week here and there at 1500 iu , what layout would you suggest as best throughout the cycle ?

a quick question, what role can proviron play within this cycle, i was considering have 100 tabs on hand, sounds weird but not sure why, i just have always kept proviron on hand throughout my history lol

Yeah I think 600 would be much better than 900. 1.2g total gear should still be more than enough at this stage even if half is EQ. But only you know how you respond and 8 weeks in you are not happy with the first portion of the cycle or you feels gains are plateauing then you can bump.

I prefer steady rythmic consistant lower doses of HCG to mega jumps. Something like 250i.u. or 300i.u. twice a week is enough for me. HCG though is one of the mose debated as far as scheduling goes. You might start five weeks in and take a 5 week break mid-cycle. Long periods of HCG and high doses of HCG could make your body less sensitive to natural LH following PCT.

The proviron if used should be good during the short ester phase leading up to PCT. Will limit estrogen conversion even further and provide more good binding androgen to help solidify the look. I don't use it personally as I don't find I need it.

sitting working out budget now, dont think i need it either rather stock up on some more arimedx and hcg

i have some gyno in my left nip from not being educated enough in the earlier years, i keep a constant eye if its being aggravted, so far so good on base test cyp and test e.

in order to reduce it ? what would you recommend? i am considering surgery to have it removed but havent spoken to my gp about hard costs involved.

Cant' comment on gyno reversal myself as I don't really have that problem...

It's tricky when the gyno is so old and settled in its cosy manboob. Most use letrozole to attempt a reversal. Lots of information for that on google and on this forum.

Surgery may be the only way, but it is expensive

You are gonna LOOOOOOOOOVE that 10 week TrenAce/Prop. (Seeing you like long cycles? I just finished 10 weeks and i wish i could continue.

People start liking long cycles when results come late. Have you have many of those?

i find my gains are consistant from 6 weeks in, sure in the begining with the dbol weight jumos drastically, but over the long period to see 0.5 - 1kg a week is great

i am excited to try tren, i never have before , same with prop lol

yes surgery is expensive, but I would say its pretty much the only way.. i'm trying again to remove gyno right after i had surgery if this doesn't work then i can honestly and safely say you never going to rid all gyno without surgery...
