The average dosage is from 50mg to 200mg daily split in 2 or 3 dosages for 6 to 8 weeks although I have used it for 4 weeks and got good results. It is recommended to take a break and use supplements to help you free up testosterone such as Divanillyltetrahydrofuran (Nettle Leaf) and L-Carnitine, L-Tartrate to help clear up receptors.

There is a guy on Outlawmuscle who performed blood work after using IGF-1LR3 and SARMs and the results showed total serum testosterone normal but free testosterone was a bit low which can be explained due the fact that S4 mechanism of action is thru androgen receptors that is why proviron or divanillyl may be helpful to free up testosterone from receptors. (this is just my theory no facts)

The average 200lb subject uses 100mg daily split in 2 or 3 dosages ( split in 3 is better )

PROS:

S4 is 91% orally Bio-available and is not methylated.
S4 is fast acting
S4 half life is of 4 hours
1mg of S4 is as anabolic as 1mg of test prop without the androgenic sides
S4 does not aromatize
The average dosage is from 0.5mg to 1.5mg per kilogram of bodyweight for up to 6 or 8 weeks
PCT is not needed but recommended.

CONS:

S4 will cause blurred vision including yellow tint to color occasionally and also some will have a hard time adjusting vision in the dark. It will reverse back to normal after usage though.
S4 will not decrease total testosterone in fact it will increase it or maintain it but it will decrease free testosterone levels because it binds to androgen receptors sometimes competing with free test. It is recommended to use either Proviron or the herb nettle leaf extract ( 3,4 divanillytetrahydrofuran ) to free up test from receptors.

Other than that there are no other known negative side effects

Did I lose a karma for the remark above? Thanks for the wanker who did it. It was a legitimate question. No male adult that I know and train in gym weighs 56Kg.
I am a smallish kinda man(1.75m) and I started training at 45y and 85kg and 23%BF. I am now 46y and 90kg and 15%BF.
No I'm not overweight and yes I'm athletic built.
:furious

Maxum, why are you using SARMs if you haven't yet sorted out your training and diet. You know nothing about how to put on weight and lack the necessary experience to grow yet you want to take untested chemicals to further your goals. Sounds wholefully like some silly schmuck jumping the gun.

Hey, Northern one, Karma. I was goning to ask the same question, for the same legitimate reason.

Your being stupid. At 56kg with 5 or 6 small meals a day you don't need SARMs. You struggle to put on mass because you not eating enough! Try 5 or six medium sized meals. Then go to five or six large meals. Then add in supplemental meals. Then, when you thirty or forty odd kilos heavier, then you'll be good to go with the SARMs or whatever you want.

Not only are you jumping the gun, but your being lazy. Its the simple truth bro. How many calories are you even putting down a day? DO YOU KNOW?

Bump the guys-SARM are not the way to go on a first cycle anyway.

But get your diet in order, nothing will work without your diet being in order. Gear is not magic, it just makes your body far more efficient at utilizing nutrition, but without it in the first place you're not going to see much.
You need to be getting at least 250g protein per day clean to see growth. Check to see how much you actually getting. I guarantee on 2,500 calories you're not getting it.

Go to LSJ's website www.basicsupplements.co.za/products and get some whey concentrate to add to your protein if you can't get the food down-easier to drink calories than eat them.

BTW I think it was a pickup line from NB :love :love :love
