would it at all be possible to make this thread a "sticky" one?
my reasoning is that this has shown me that my PCT inception times were out by a good couple of days After my last pin.
It just goes to show, you r never to old to learn and everybody needs to know the half-life of Esters, novices and pro's alike.
Just-a-thought!

Why do we set the start of PCT to a given date?
If we use a 5 day half-life as an example.
eg1) (last injection)(day 1) 500mg
(day 5) 250mg
(start of pct)(day 10) 125mg*
eg2) (last injection)(day 1) 1500mg
(day 5) 750mg
(start of pct)(day 10) 375mg**
* this seems low enough to start
** this seems like to much aas still in body
What about guys running 2+ grams a week?
Shouldnt we make PCT more individual?
What am I missing here?

Half-lifes of esters are not biblical. They are basically an idea of when the ester should stop working through your system.Factors such as age, weight, bodyfat, metabolism, etc all play a role in the actual half-life.To make your PCT "individual" you have to get bloodwork done to know what is happening in your veins.

But dont you think we could give a better guesstimate on when to begin PCT keeping in mind how much AAS was used and last injected?

No need to make it a sticky as it does appear all over the net and can be quickly googled, but it certainly should appear in at least one article on every site like this one. As BBguy suggested there is a little more to it, and PCT is something each individual should mold into what works. However a good solid PCT, well thought through for a decent time frame does tend to cover most bases, and can be used loosely used as a general fix all.
I'm sure we'll get an article on it in the new year.
Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view
