HI Everyone
I have been mountain biking for about a year now. i have been taking some of the USN products like th meal replacement for hard gainers. i battle to gain wait. i am looking to get nice well defined muscles and also get stronger more quickly than i am now. can any one recommend what i should use and how do you go about getting hold of the stuff.
incase you need it:
I am 25 years old . weight is 63KGs and 1.76 meters tall.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

Do you want advice on juice or natural supps, your question is a little unclear.

Var is your best bet for definition and strength and you will keep 90% of the 3 odd kgs you gain.

I see you do mountain biking... I see you're a hard gainer.
What I dont see is whether you gym or not.
Do you go to the gym? if so how long?
