Pufffy nipples

Hey Guys

This F#CKING sucks. My nipples are puffy and it seems its getting worse. No lumps, no sensitivity, not sore or anything just puffy. Got letro, so how should i up the doses from my .25mg eod day protocol to start reversing or combating the puffiness? Should i up the dosage ed, eod, e3d etc. till it starts going away?

What gear are you on?
You can bump it to 1mg ED for a week and see if it makes a difference and go from there.
Personally I would jump straight to 2.5mg and up.
Even at that dose it didnt help me at all to be honest.
Also start on Kessar minimum 20mg every day.

My cycle is 640mg supertest and 40mg dbol 1st 4 weeks. Im 2 weeks in starting week3 tomorrow. Will go striaght to 1mg tomorrow then and see what happens.

Any one else?

The Kessar would start to work immediately ,were as the Letro would take some time to build up. Thats why Kessar would be a good thing to run aswell.

And the kessar wont hamper any gains?

Went up to about 2mg and it worked a treat. It just screwed up my immune system like I can't explain.

Bump starting the nolva to block the receptors-40mg per day. Increase the letro dose, bearing in mind that nolva interacts with letro and reduces its efficacy. I would go to 1.5mg per day on the letro and see how it goes. If no improvement bump the letro up to 2.5mg per day.
As Vega says dropping estrogen that low hammers you're immune system. If you have to go to that dose, I would go to the doc and get a beriglobin/intragam jab to jump your immune system

Thanx guys. Will start the kessar today and up letro to 1.5mg and see what happens. Plus im in week3 of my cycle, this wont kill my cycle will it?

Kessar did fuckall for me when I was on cycle...if its doe4snt work for you, try some ADEX.

Adex worked like charm for me.

What is the shelf life of letro?

for how long would you use the letro while on cycle? Just till puffyness subsides? Cause i am sure, taking the Kessar and Letro is gonna murder the gains

Good luck, surgery... letro is so harsh on your system and i'm telling you now it won't do anything. (MAYBE MAYBE MAYBE) if that glad has just started swelling up, the letro can help it, other than that I can recomend you to a good surgeon. going for my second operation in next few months.

just the truth, I have spent so many hours I cant even count them trying to find proof that letro and every other AI can help reverse gyno, yes maybe on paper it has the ability to help, the proof is I have read so many people stating do this and it will help gyno, I then sign up on the forum and ask them have you ever had gyno? their answer no... then the guys that have had and it helped a 'little' I asked are you sure it actually helped or is it more in your mind you think it has helped, do you still have gyno, answer, yes I do..... like I said maybe when the glad has just started the swell it can go down, but i'm telling you even then, it will never be perfect, its just not possible, when 'breast tissue is formed its there' yes woman can take all the letro in the world, I can promise you now they will still have boobies...

I have tried it all, if a run of letro doesn't help then sorry mate don't bother hurting you body trying anything else.

I thought you were having some success with the letro and bromo combo?
Is you gyno hard lumps behind the nipple or fat accumulation around the lower pectoral?

If he just has fat accumulation in the lower pecs - dont they call that pseudo-gyno? When you get hard sensitive lumps then thats the actual gyno right?

hmm,they can call the gyno what ever they want, when it comes out of your body its ugly chewed up looking shrimp.. I have a little lump on the right and excess tissue around both nipples.. agg, i dont really care... just going back under the knife..

and yes the bromo and letro helped to a point but it can never make it 100% vanish... hehe, maybe next time ask them to take out LOADS of tissue so I have an indent and as the gyno comes back it just goes back to normal looking

A few questions:
What is the surgeon name?
Does medical aid cover? if not how much is it gonna cost?
How does the scar tissue look afterwards?

Adex bro is the way to go. From the start of the cycle to your pct and half way into your PCT. If you are really prone then go to 1mg tab ED. Adex works great even in dosages of 05. mg EOD. All my mates have dropped letro and sticking to adex now not one has issues with gyno anymore.Ill never touch letro

How did you use Adex? Did you get puffiness and then started using it? What dosages and what cycle was this from?
