Apologies for the faux pas. I hold my hand up for being lazy vis-a-vis the forum rules. Won't happen again. As for the guy who gave me a screen full of abuse I suggest you learn as little tolerance mate it goes a long way in life.
Anyone give me a directions on how to approach guys at the gym about this.

Bodycount, just start talkin to some of the bigger guys in your gym, dont walk up to the first guy and ask for juice. Become friends with the guy, maybe tell him what your goals are training... Then ask if he uses anything other than standard supps... Go from there

MOFO's was directed at the source he mentioned, those fly by night guys that rip a person off, and you can do nothing about,hence the suggestion of putting a face to the person you giving your money to, in case you get bunk goods.

HOW TO GET JUICE (by N3rd )

1 Look for a guy who looks like he uses.
2 Also IMPORTANT make sure he is friendly and a nice guy to talk to.
3 Chat to him but MAKE SURE you don't talk in the middle of his set, but it is considered OK to ask if he needs a spot if it's his last set.
4. Ask him about his diet, training, competing history, if he ever used?
5. Compliment his physique (not gay plz).
6. Ask where he buy's his muti.
