To second DJ a short 6 week Test prop + Tren A cycle at medium dosages gives you a lekker kick up the ass, guys who have done it 3 or 4 times still get good 10kg boosts on their bench come comp time and 10+ boosts on the dead and squat. Throw in a bit of winny at the end. Your gains shouldnt be too drastic but strength and explosion will be through the roof. Obviously gains and even strength depend on how you eat, find a balance.

Just make sure the comp lands on the 6th week and not in PCT, even if you do it right, with those short esters your results will be better while stil on the cycle.

Peace
