Well if you on them, rather put in your mouth and swallow them, they work better that way .... sorry bro, had to have a dig.

It usually takes a few days and do not take kessar unless you need it, it will hamper your gains etc.
What else you stacking with?

lol, 500mg sust, started this week with 50mg of dbols nomad (little blue ones with N on the one side) and next week starting with pgw deca. ive got arimidex in case of sides

Why you start sus a week before, should start them together and inject 2 x per week with both, more consistant levels and utilize the short esters of the sus better and your gains will also be better.

followed a guys advice at the gym. he said i must start sust a 2 weeks before dbols. when sust's short esters kick in the dbols should kick in at day 5 in my second week and strength will be amazing. this true? i

Dbols effect are Imediate like within a half hour

most people use Dbol at the beginning of there cycle to "kick it in"

Chew them for better absorbtion -- the after taste isn't too bad

If it's not working,,, take double,,,

Put the Nomad ones under your tongue, they are sweet, so no bad after taste. Sustanon's short esters start working a few days after the shot.
