Cutting on long ester gear was created by Supercharged
Is it possible to drop body fat while on long ester gear. I have been following a DJ bulking diet that is working great and been on a Test E and Deca cycle, Test at 900mg/w and Deca at 350 mg/w for 5 weeks now and have gained 6kg. The problem that I have is I have gained a lot of tummy fat. Will changing over to a kato diet help with this while staying on the same cycle. I stile have 11 weeks left on this cycle.

My current stats are as follow.
Age 36
Body F. 18% was 14% when started the cycle and diet
Length 1.73
Weight 88kg was 82kg when started cycle and diet

Yes its very possible,I am always hesitant with saying cutting cycles and bulking cycles because aas doesn't cut fat,its the amount of water retention of compounds that people prefer either way.

Who is doing your bodyfat?I don't feel you would have gained 4 percent bodyfat personally ?

You will drop bf on any test that you take provided your diet is somewhat in line. It does not have to be spot on. Test = increased metabolism.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

i agree with u there netro but also if u are suffering from heavy estrogen sides with the long ester test u are going to put on fat aswell...hence the reason that when guys are cutting they 90% of the time need to combine adex or letro into their cutting cycle inorder to get no estrogen conversion...

But 4 percent seems excessive doesn't it?is it not possibly just water retention?measured on those atrocious machines at popular clubs any water retention it see's as an increase in bf?

bud if its those things that test bf by 1 point on your body then its just a bit of water,u need a 7 point test to really get accurate bf%

I also started too gain some fat on my stomach, dj adjusted my diet. I am doing cardio 3x a week and dropping BF nicely at the mo. My cycle is 750mg cyp, dbol 30mg (finished) @ 12 weeks. Letro also helps with keeping water down nicely.

bro those machines are alot of shit.at the end of the day how can u tell a whole bodys fat content by measuring 1 spot? and that being said,i have lean arms but a fat back,it says i am 14%bf and i have caliper tests done and last time i checked i was a little over 11% so very inaccurate

Saturday morning 2 PT's in VA tried to demonstrate this wonderful machine to a PDI and his wife. I intervened and told the new customers that the machine is a load of shit. The PT's looked at me with that "WTF" expression on their faces and before they could utter a word I gave them a demonstration. I know my BF is sub 16, the machine says it's 18%. The machine says I weigh 86kg and the calibrated scale in the changeroom shows 92kg. Needless to say the new customers did not take the test.

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

Easier said than done Spike. Other than the "machine" I find everything in my VA in order plus it's very close to home and convenient. The other decent gyms in the North of Pta are about 10 to 30km away.

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

hah, I also train at planet fitness platinum and they brought one of these machines that does it all, height / weight / bodyfat, etc... It's a load of shit, its SO FAR FROM THE TRUTH ITS SCARY... I did everything manually and then wrote down the results then hopped on the machine and did all its stupid checks and every single thing was out even my height by 2cm.
